A church called me about their Yamaha EMX 312sc that quit working after an electrical storm. Same symptoms, so I studied your video until I was fairly confident that the same thing was happening here. Replaced the same two components and it came back to life! But then I discovered that, although the preamp seems normal, there is no output from the "B" output (monitor side), only the "A" side (mains). So, I'll get back to work and try to figure that one out........unfortunately without a helpful video like yours. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise!
I need you like right now. I have this unit and just figured out where the fuse was checked it and it was blown replaced it still no power. wish I can get it fixed
It is a lot of work for 1 slider. Remove all front panel knobs, remove the front panel PCB from the panel. Desolder the slider. Install new one and reassemble.

Very thorough. Thanks. I have the same unit but the amplifier section is not working. Hopefully it's something simple
