The part where you talked about going on a trip with “all these beautiful girls” like Georgia I have felt that way about myself (in similar situations) and it is heartbreaking to hear it come from someone else like babe YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL GIRL! It’s hard to think it of yourself believe me I know, but let’s both agree that we are beautiful girls no matter what society says. We are good people and deserve to be loved, all of y’all in the comments section too like we are all so uniquely beautiful.

Georgia, I haven’t said this before because I agree with you & Soph that it’s never ok to comment on someone’s body but I feel now is the time to tell you for the past few months when I’m watching your vlogs I’ve been thinking, “wow she is looking really good. I can really tell she’s been on top of her fitness!” This is just to point out how we are always overly critical of ourselves and the people looking from the outside could be seeing something COMPLETELY different than you. You are so beautiful on the outside and seem to be a beautifully genuine person on the inside as well. We all deserve so much grace, be nice to yourself girl you’re looking great ♥️

I am right there with you regarding the body issues, I have been going to the gym 6 days a week for the last 6-5 months, and though I have seen some changes, I just feel so self-conscious and like all this effort and discipline isn't really worth it yet. We will get there, because any progress is still progress towards a better life xx

Your strength and fitness is so inspiring and your consistency at the gym and going on walks is phenomenal. Rooting for you and hope you can start to feel more confident soon. I think regardless of the size of our bodies, most of us feel this way sometimes (speaking currently as a pregnant gal getting bigger every day!). Love you xxx
❤️ love the pink on you 😊 also I'm the same atm too, but at the end of the day, focusing on keeping my mind happy vs critizing my body is more important. The body takes time, but focusing on mental happiness is what matters most. So just be kind to yourself, and take it one step at a time, you are making progress and you will get there ❤️
My boyfriend and I have a weenie pup as well so watching Winston grow has made me so happy. I love the little side eyes that he gives you, the melt my heart.
I feel like we have body image struggles always as a girl in now 33 and i still struggle i have good days n bad n then when i had kids the whole stress of mummy bounce back is intense and to b a fit mum is a whole thing i think we just have to b kind to ourself and remember our bodys are doing the best they can and it is what keeps us moving daily there is always someone who would kill to look us weather bigger or smaller and as a society i think we need to be kinder to one and other and change the way we all look at ourselfs
I almost got November 9. Fantastic reviews on Amazon. But one said. They didn't like it because it glorified cheating. Something I've seen in a book and also hated it because of that. When you married or even in a relationship. There is NONE of that!! Right? Anyway, enjoyed the vlog. Winston makes me smile 🤗
I find that top doesn’t shape me very well and sits funny around my arms too! It was a bummer coz I love that brand and the material feels soooo nice but I also feel the nude one is slightly see through 🤪
Please do a 30 day whole food plant based (HCLF) challenge! No weigh-ins and see how you feel. Lots of potatoes, lentil soups, veggies, salads, Buddha bowls and rice/beans. Lots of energy! I think you would thrive on this high volume healthy diet.
