I think with channels like TingTing, it's diversity that gets them the views. She uses mannequins but she also does roleplays, mic brushing, etc. I think the mannequins are great, but to get to her level, I think there has to be more than just hair videos. I think tiktok keeps us stuck in a single mode or algorithm, but youtube is so different with the way we view things
if tiktok is banned in the usa an option to potentially explore is youtube streaming. i have seen something called _live from shorts_ which i believe is structured to be just like a tiktok livestream, just housed in youtube instead. and since you have an audience here already it wouldn’t be a massive leap
