Congress Leaders are trying to divert the core issue of bringing normalcy in Manipur protecting the indigenous Meities and other communities with proper protection of the lntegrity of Manipur state and Integrity of India. The demand of the Meiteis are 1.To implement NRC and to identify the illegal Kuki immigrants and others .2. To bring normalcy in Manipur so that the indigenous Meiteis, Kukis ,Nagas etc can coexist in a normal peaceful life as we have been coexisting since many years but without the disturbance of illegal immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951. 3. To construct border fencing of 398 km long Manipur- -- Mayamar border . 4. Others as submitted by different groups of Meiteis to related authorities and Congress leaders.
The main demands of the Kukis are 1. Not to implement NRC and not to identify Kuki immigrants and others. 2. Separate administration or union territory as a settlement of bringing normalcy in Manipur . 3 . Not to construct border fencing of 398 km long Manipur ---Mayamar border fencing. 4. Others as submitted.
Congress party is claiming to bring Normalcy in Manipur with political and administrative reconciliation settlement policies . Behind the Screen Congress party is encouraging the demand of the Kukis for a Separate Administration or Union territory, not to implement NRC and not to identify Kuki immigrants and others who are coming to Manipur state after 1951 .
Congress is trying to befool the indigenous Meitei and other communities using the English words such as " Reconciliation policies of political and administrative settlement satisfactory to all the people of the state " encouraging the Kukis as if Congress is in favor of granting Separate administration or union territory , ( As in the Congress Manifestos related with North East -- 18th Lok Sabha Election).
Manipur violence will not end until and unless the congress leaders stop politicizing the Manipur violence.
Double standard statements of congress party ( to respective communities ,Meiteis and kukis) is the act of adding fuel to the fire ( Manipur Violence).
Indigenous Meitei and other communities of Manipur will appreciate wholeheartedly if Opposition Congress and other members raise in the Lok Sabha with practical sincere valuable suggestions to bring Normalcy in Manipur with the protection of the indigenous Meitei and other communities protecting the Integrity of Manipur state having only a small area of 22327sq.km. which is less than the half of the area of a District having an area of 45674 Sq.km. (Kachchh District of Gujarat state).
Manipur is a tiny Hill State of India.

The Congress party, as the oldest political party governing India since independence, is well aware of the situation in Manipur before its merger with the Indian Union in 1949. Congress party should not politicized public issue of Manipur , related with the sentiment of the Meiteis who wish to protect the integrity of Manipur state having a small area of 22327 km², demanding to Indian government to allow the indigenous Meiteis, Kukis, Nagas, Meitei panghals etc. to coexist in a normal peaceful life. The demand of the Meiteis is to implement NRC and to identify the illegal immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951 .
But the kukis' demand is not to implement NRC and not to identify Kuki immigrants and again demanding a union territory or separate administration. Kukis' demand is not to construct border fencing of 398 km at Manipur - Myanmar border. The other demands of Kukis can be seen as submitted by the Kukis .
The main demands for the Meiteis are only to protect the integrity of Manipur state protecting the indigenous Meitei, Nagas, Kukis, Meitei pangals etc. who have been coexisting since many years but not those illegal immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur state after 1951. The other demands of the Meiteis may be discussed with the record of the memorandum submitted by different groups of Meiteis to the Congress Leaders.
Without proper diagnosis a Doctor cannot do anything to cure the disease of a patient.
Manipur violence situation is in serious condition which requires sincere serious treatment with proper diagnosis by the Government of India , Central opposition Leaders , related stakeholders and the Government of Manipur.
Please put your valuable mind to bring peace in Manipur but not to go only for the political gain of Congress Party.
Only then there will be a way to bring Normalcy in Manipur by the Government of India and the Government of Manipur with the cooperation of Central Congress Leaders , other opposition leaders, related stakeholders and related people.
The Indian Government sees only a piece of land, that is Manipur for it to govern for the benefit of future trade and commerce through east not who is dying, who is gone missing, who is suffering, who is killing and who is getting killed.

Epicenter of Manipur violence erupted on 3rd May 2023 is Churachandpur - Hill District of Hill State Manipur ( Manipur -- having only a small area of 22327 Sq km which is less than the half of a District having an area of 45674 Sq km ------ Kachchh District of Gujarat state. ) .
1.Kuki ' s Demand: ---
1.1 Separate administration or union territory Separating from the state of Manipur .

1.4 Others as submitted by the Kukis to their interested parties.

2.2 To implement NRC and identifying immigrant Kukis and others coming to Manipur after 1951.
2.3 To construct border fencing of 398km long at India--- Myanmar border of Manipur portion.
2.4 Others as submitted by the Meiteis to related authorities.
Meiteis never discriminated the Kukis and other communities.
Congress party ruled Manipur and India for the last many years .

3.3 To bring Normalcy in Manipur immediately protecting the indigenous Meities,Kukis, Nagas and others.
3.4 All brothers and sisters of India and the world who wish to protect mankind are very much needed for their empathetic consoling attitudes toward the victim communities ( Meiteis and kukis)
3.5 All the people should work unitedly without any differences in caste and creed (religion) geo -- politics and politics.
