You guys should have planned your trip to Sandukphu during winter/autumn (October - February). Seems like you guys had quite an adventure, however, you guys missed the real scenic view. Sunrises and sunsets are worth a life when it's clear, damn it was rainy then. Nevertheless, your videos deserve a praise, splendid job!
