maybe i've missed it somewhere but are we still able to make our own liveries for cars ? and adjust the lights of cop cars towards the colors used in our own Country ? like in europe we often get to deal with Yellow and Blue instead of Red / Yellow.. if all is possible to customize then i'm going to go for the subscription

That's a handling thing NoPixel did, also these vehicles are completely separate from NP vehicles.
