J’aime beaucoup ce style de vidéo. La vitesse c’est parfaite pour apprendre français. Et le vocabulaire compréhensible pour un étudiant du niveau intermédiaire. Bravo. Merci
Best by far. I started watching about a month ago. Started watching the most recent videos first with English sub titles. Now I'm watching ones that are French subtitles. I'm so proud that I recognize words and I can actually follow along and get the idea of what you're talking about. So exciting.
vidéo très utile ! C'est très bien de s'entraîner pour les personnes débutants et intermédiaires, très reconnaissantes que vous parliez lentement, plus de vidéos comme celle-ci, merci monsieur! 🇫🇷😄👍
Another excellent video. Thanks Mickael. You had me pausing, going back, looking up words, Googling about French earthquakes, looking at the map of Brittany. I really liked the look of Vannes. The style of video is perfect. Your casual dialogue about what you see feels so natural and helps A LOT with the vocabulary. Please don't change the format of these. Someone else suggested adding English subtitles. Please don't do this! It will make us viewers lazy! Glad you had a nice visit to Vannes and thanks again for sharing.
@@FrenchFacile12 Yes, it's not that far away. I've actually just spent the last two weeks since we spoke in France. Had a week in Annecy and then almost a week in Bédoin, Provence. Drove there with an overnight stop on the way down and same on way back. It was a lovely trip. My friend and I were cycling. Have never been to Annecy or Provence before so was great to see these locations. Can't wait to go back to France soon 😍 Thanks for helping me to learn the language.
Nice. Sounds like you had a great time. Did you ride your bicycle in the Alps mountains close to Annecy? I used to enjoy cycling but now I just watch the tour de France on TV 😄😄

Merci beaucoup 😊. J’adore ton style de vidéo. Bon courage. Salut de Brisbane, l’Australie 🇦🇺 ❤
Le kouign-amann looks delicious! I looked it up and it sounds marvelous. I want one! It seems that you and Nicolas eat your way through France! C'est cool! I continue to enjoy your videos.
Hi Michel and Nicolas. After discovering this channel about a few months, I decide to go to visit La Rochelle, Lorient, and Vannes in May. Thank you so much for your videos that help me to improve my French listening. Could you please give me the name of the restaurant where you had crêpes. By the way, I wish I could take you guys out for lunch to appreciate your work.
Hi Daniel, right now we are overseas. I'm in Asia and Nicolas is in New Zealand. If we were here that would have been fun to have a drink together. La Rochelle and Vanne is a good idea but you might find Lorient a bit boring. In the video we couldn't get a crepe at the coffee shop we went to, so we had a Kouign-amann at the end. That's something you must try. I'm glad you enjoy our content, we'll keep making more of it and maybe next time we'll have a beer in Brittany 🍺.
After the Vietnam War ended, there were a lot of Vietnamese people ran away from the communist regime, our relatives live all over the free countries such as United States, France, Germany, United Kingdom, and Australia. I have two cousins who live in La Rochelle area. This is my first time visiting France, I will fly from the United States to Paris and then I 'll go La Rochelle by train. Is it a good reason to be afraid to go to Paris because of not speaking French? I probably will stay in La Rochelle for a few months to learn speaking French. Do you think 58-year-old is too old to learn to speak a French? I have been working on Duolingo for a year, and learning French Grammar from college Textbooks on my own for a couple years. With Duolingo, I'am at B1 level, but can't speak at all. Do you know any school teaching French to adults in La Rochelle and Rochefort areas? I'm retired. Thank you so much for your reply!
Don't be afraid of visiting Paris. It's a beautiful city. Search on Google what tourist scams to avoid and you'll be good. Paris is not as bad as people make it to be, you'll get by using English but try your best to use the french you know. It'll be a good exercise. It's never too late to learn a language but most people don't realize that languages are like an iceberg. You need to spend a lot of time listening and acquiring the language to build your passive vocabulary before being able to speak naturally. This video might interest you. It is about acquiring a language instead of learning it. ruclips.net/video/J_EQDtpYSNM/видео.htmlsi=oyx3uxMxIclxLZ7f

I love French language and its culture so much; Since I was a little, I Iearnt to sing along with Christophe my favorite song all time is Aline, "J'avais dessiné sur le sable, son doux visage qui me souriait...", L'amour, c'est comme une cigarette by Sylvie Vartan; Je me suis fait tout petit by Georges Brassens, and many good songs I grew up with.
