- Hayden performing "Trees Lounge" from the 1996 movie Trees Lounge starring Steve Buscemi. This video was ripped from my personal VHS copy. I have cropped and upscaled to 4K, audio is re-synched to the HQ CD audio.
I have many hours of music videos from the 90s recorded to VHS from Canadian television. As time allows, I'll continue dumping anything to my channel that I haven't found on RUclips or where I think I can improve upon was is already available. Please subscribe to get notified!

Somehow this song needs to get on jukeboxes. I'd play it everytime I'm in a bar. So far, no luck ... it's not even on internet jukeboxes (AMI, Touch Tunes).
This is great work, but did you crop it from it's original 4x3 aspect ratio?
No not quite! I cropped the black bars off of the top and bottom, I assume it was shot in wide format to match the clips from the film. The MM logo is slightly cropped because it was broadcast in 4:3 and the logo/title sat a little into the cropped area.

This song both takes me back and contains some current truth. I mean, life ain't so shitty, but when you look back on the years its impossible to not have a feeling of whistfulness for good things that you've loved dearly and sadly lost. Goddamn I love music. :) Edit: PS, you can rent or purchase a digitial license for the movie on youtube. Not one of the cinematic greats, but I do love more down to earth, low budget films like this one.
