If you want to check more Russian drill-type of music try OG Buda, and there is this guy Kizaru he's a former drug-dealer, left Russia for Spain, some of his songs have similar cold and clear delivery combined with a bit of laid-back vibe of a successful dude who raps just for fun. If you want to listen to some old-school music try listening to Slimus. Unfortunately I don't know a single rapper who would swich back and forth between Russian and English, mostly they add bits of English just to sound more western, show that they are up to date, but don't have enough knowledge to rap in English as good as in Russian.
Props to you that despite of politics you react to Russian music, things have been tense lately.

@@DollarBoiEnt Damn it, now I remember one guy who could rap in English Detsl aka Le Truk, when he was alive he even dropped a couple of albums in English. You can react to Detsl aka Le Truk mxxxiii, and there is an English version with the same beat and everything, but English lyrics, just type the same song with the English version to it. For example, you can check out both and compare a little bit your inference about Russian lyrics with the other version
