I saved this to my favorites as I do with most of your homilies. I know I will listen to this over and over. The pope just said to keep homilies to 8 min or else the parishioners would go to sleep lol, that is true after 3 min with our pastor :( but with you Fr Joe you could talk for 30 and I would be listening and absorbing! You are the best! God Bless!

Yes. My cancer , 2 years on remission, has brought me closer to Him , and my purpose and my family and so many. It showed what is important . It has a silver lining.

Well said. This is mainly about individual suffer. Love it. Also, it’s difficult to live with the suffering on our globbally and nationally settings. This helps. It just feels so sad.

I never replied before. Now, this is my third post. My Adhd? What helped me certain instances like getting shots and biopsies is offering it up. Now, if only I can offer up the suffering for pain that lasts a lot longer.

This teallly hit home for me, Fr. Joe. Btw, that reference to your quote ( what have you done !?) is from The Chosen, right?

@@joeinblack970not so much here, but right here. The warranty is only as good as the one that wrote it. Therefore I'll lean on what's in the Bible in red.
