My family was in residential schools in N.W.T and this is very painful too watch. The unspeakable terrors all these sweet children endured are atrocious, I couldn’t stop my tears.
Thank you for bringing the light of truth to everyone who lived in total ignorance of what really went on in these disgusting residential schools..
That young man is absolutely right, the more EVERYONE sees these kinds of films the more they'll stop denying the BRUTAL truth.
When I see how indigenous peoples were treated even here in Canada it make ashamed to not only be a part of this beautiful country but of it’s people. If we can do such horrors to children what are we capable of? Stories like this make cry for the past and future of humanity, but they are truth and neeeeeeeeed to be seen.
The movie is great especially those actors!! In the movie you will understand about what happened to the residential school before.
Its the same with the Boarding schools in USA. I hope the movie would be shown also there !!!
