Why do hate the rehydrated versions the ps2 robot Patrick is low graphics and if squid ward was frozen in the ice in ps2 battle for bikini bottom he is still screaming while frozen so the rehydrated versions have better graphics.
The robot bosses in Rehydrated lost so much personality from the original, the sound design just feels empty, the charm of the original is the smooth motion of the robots, it made it seem like you were fighting the actual character, this is best seen with Robot Patrick’s spin attack in both versions and the lick, spit move, the sound design is soulless
Watching this video just made me realize how much I was sleeping on Truth or Square. Game was actually pretty good, and it definitely doesn't get the recognition it deserves. Aged pretty well for a wii game.
The fact that the Rehydration version looks more colorful makes it look less like… a robot. Also the “ice cream” looks more like slime than toxic sludge. So yeah, those would be the changes I would make.
