- School Lunch Box Recipes for 5 days from Monday to Friday in Tamil. They are easy, quick and healthy ideas and takes only 15 mins to prepare. They are also kid's favorite menu. Kids will like to try different food varieties during school lunch time and also it is easy for parents to prepare every morning. As the food is prepared for kids, I preferred less spicy and quite bites for younger kids so they find it easy while having lunch at school. For fluid, I have added organic fruit juice with no added sugar in the lunch box. Fruits, nuts are additional items I always keep in the lunch box for quick energy and nutrition for kids.
திங்கள் முதல் வெள்ளி வரை 5 நாட்களுக்கு பள்ளி மதிய உணவுப் பெட்டி ரெசிபிகள் தமிழில். அவை எளிதான, விரைவான மற்றும் ஆரோக்கியமான யோசனைகள் மற்றும் தயாரிப்பதற்கு 15 நிமிடங்கள் மட்டுமே ஆகும். பள்ளி மதிய உணவு நேரத்தில் குழந்தைகள் வெவ்வேறு உணவு வகைகளை முயற்சிக்க விரும்புவார்கள், மேலும் பெற்றோர்கள் தினமும் காலையில் தயார் செய்வது எளிது. குழந்தைகளுக்கான உணவு தயாரிக்கப்படுவதால், நான் குறைந்த காரமான மற்றும் சிறிய குழந்தைகளுக்கு கடிப்பதை விரும்பினேன், அதனால் அவர்கள் பள்ளியில் மதிய உணவு சாப்பிடுவதை எளிதாகக் கண்டார்கள். திரவத்திற்காக, மதிய உணவுப் பெட்டியில் சர்க்கரை சேர்க்கப்படாத ஆர்கானிக் பழச்சாற்றைச் சேர்த்துள்ளேன். பழங்கள், கொட்டைகள் கூடுதல் பொருட்கள், குழந்தைகளுக்கான விரைவான ஆற்றலுக்காகவும் ஊட்டச்சத்துக்காகவும் நான் எப்போதும் மதிய உணவுப் பெட்டியில் வைக்கிறேன்.
