Sir, I want to ask whether the proximity sensor attached to the LCD of the 14 Pro and 14 Promax is the same? For example, if you replace the 14 Pro with a 14 Promax, is that possible? Thank You
If its only cracked I can repair the outer glass I charge £30 for this here in the UK if its a complete screen needed depending on your model but iphone 14 pro max would be £290 and can install the old ic chip from your damaged display to the original replacement I get
No the screen and digitizer are one part on all iPhones and pretty much all phones. The only device where the digitizer and display is separated is the base line iPad.
@@vollabiwastaken7303 yeah I figured that. Just had to ask tho cuz someone on eBay is selling just the digitizers for the 14 pro max. And I’m like wtf. . . They said you can change just the glass off the lcd but I’m like in all my years of fixing iPhones, I can’t remember the last time or if ever I changed just the digitizer. Def on older model androids. But no iPhones I remember 🤣🤣🤣
@@seanybreeze315 It was more common to do loca glue separation back in 2012-2015ish. I used to do it on samsung phones, s3, s4, note 2 and 3. Horrible. So glad I'm not doing that anymore. They started making them even thinner and more fragile, then curved. I was like ok I'm done!
On the regular iPhone 14 you now open it from the back meaning the back glass is easily repairable and the screen is also now easily repairable. But why did they not do the same for the pro?
The back can be opened easily yes but doesn't mean it makes the screen any easier to open you still have to remove it the usual method like with all the latest iphones
What screen did you purchase ? Was it a cheap lcd or hard oled or soft oled screen let me know the price you paid because I know the cheaper screens will cause terrible lag you can tell by refresh rate go into settings and swipe from top to bottom of settings as quick as u can with a finger and if it’s delayed then it’s a screen issue
@steve410811 I was quoted $800. Even with a screen protector, it hit a pebble right in between the edge and protector and caused a line. Now it flashes the whole screen 😖
@@PHONEBULANCE awesome! i was about to send it to replace but do it by myself will be better (I have experience fixing phones but I didn't have this new experience with newest phones)
Hi i enjoyed the video. one question is it necessary to change the proximity sensor because I did a kind of test where I just covered the island with my hand but the screen did not go black, i did not put it to my ear, but then I ended up changing it and then I did the same thing where I covered the proximity sensor and it did not black until I put it up to my ear so I still don't know if I need to change it do I ? thank you
Someone knows why my brightness is so pretty low on my 14PM after changing the screen for another original Apple screen? (didn’t transferred the IC or ambient light sensor)
Might be the unit replacement you ordered. Some screens are marketed as OLED but come as a LCD screen sadly. I hope you bought a good replacement and did not scammed. Good luck!
Re open the phone and check at the back of the screen bottom middle there’s like a silver square box should have an apple logo on there if no and it’s just showing a barcode it’s a cheap knock off
FAKE! Edited video. Anyone that does this for a living knows the screen doesnt just pop out with a quick razor move. Many people will destroy screens thinking its that easy!
Just because you're unable to do it doesn't mean it's fake! Are there any alternative methods you can recommend for people with basic tools? Additionally, if you're removing the glass, it implies that your screen is already damaged, so there's no need to replace it if it's not destroyed.
Theres no way that screen opens that easy that phone has been opened up previously as there was no adhesive coming away when you opened the screen
can i follow this for the 14pro max ? and is there a link to supplies needed ?
Yes will be the same! You will need to look for a local vendor depending on which country you live in!
Hi is it just me or getting my

Do you know where we can get another screen to replace a cracked one? Thank you in advance.
I think you can only get lcd replacements for them otherwise it’s going to be very expensive for a replacement 😅
Well I’m gonna pay 500 euro to change my screen at Apple Store if you buy fake one probably the lights gonna be bad

yes, as long as you transfer the parts from the back of the screen to the new one
