Classic Pound Cake / 파운드 케이크

Hi everyone! Sorry I missed an upload last week. There was just too much going on, but I am back with a delicious baking recipe. This week I show you how to make a Classic Pound Cake. This recipe was adapted from www.myrecipes.c... reduced the amount of sugar and it still turned out great. It’s a dense cake but it’s moist inside. You can serve as-is or with berries and whipping cream. It goes well with coffee or tea.
파운드 케이크 안좋아하시는 분 없죠? 이번주 왓더줄리아가 클래식 파운드 케이크 만드는 법을 알려드릴께요. 정말 맛있는 레시피를 찾았는데요. 아무래도 건강을 생각해서 설탕을 거의 반으로 줄여서 만들어봤는데 그래도 괜찮더라구요. 커피와 차와 함께 드시면 좋구요. 그냥 드셔도 되지만 휘핑크림과 베리를 곁들여서 드시면 더욱 맛있답니다. 기본 베이스 케이크로 만드셔서 중간에 크림과 과일 넣으시고 한층 더 올리시고 아이싱하시면 쉽게 맛있는 케이크를 만드실수 있을거에요.
