Ok so I’ve gone through it frame by frame. So the actually 2 factors at play: 1- the momentum from the impact is just slightly raising the rear tyre giving him an extra frame or 2 and 2- there’s only one cop car so as soon as you “destroy” the one cop car it removes the spikes and it removes the spikes 3 frames before your rear tyre gets to it. Further if there had been at least a second car involved with it this wouldn’t have happened as there would still be an active car on the block and as a result his tyres would have hit the spikes
