It is more fitting to call it whale-content because only people that pump unreasonably large amounts of money into it will have a chance of beating it. The rest of the playerbase will have to wait at least half a year for the power creep to catch up and make this content trivial. It was the same with Garp-Challenges which were also considered "end-game" a couple of years ago.
