AL-KEN the level 3 vest at any point over 27 durability is better than a T2 at 100%. Without healing being a factor, the T3 will allow you to survive more shots and will break around the time you get to 0 percent health. For the same number of shots on a T2, while the vest might survive the encounter, you would not.
You think the files are annoying? Have you ever been introduced to the dripping water? It can be found at least in the middle building of Gatka. For some reason that shit's so loud and annoying for me. Maybe it's my compression but I can barely hear foot steps when I'm standing right next to it.
You've seen Liddy? He plays alot of tpp(unfortunately) but has damn good aim. Even wacky's a good strategist though. I think choco is like a combo of all three(all-rounder in a sense)

Because even a 90% damaged level 3 vest provides more protection than a fresh level 2 vest.......Don't let that red colour fool you

Because he has used the Kar more and is more used to the bullet drop and velocity.
