Sir Input output register is of 8 bits size, but what if we want to input a integar ? because integar take 4 bytes in memory (32 bit architecture) .. So how can we store 4 byte integar in 8 bits of memory buffer ?

Sir small doubt io device are not direct access to memory why ? Example
Sir first type on keyboard some data that is not direct access to memory ,that's mean input data first consult the CPU and after CPU stores the data in memory but CPU can any program execute time in RAM only
