I bet you the $60 is more than what it costs them to make and ship it. They know people don't like it, so they profit even if you return it, then they probably donate the used ones to charity for $299 tax write-off. SCAM COMPANY.

@@mszoomy don't forget you have to get "approved" for a return, AND pay for the return shipping as well! lmao they really don't want people returning them. It says on their return section "We retain the right to deny any return request." and "Items that have been opened." are listed as "non-refundable". So basically no you cannot return them unless you haven't used it in any way shape or form, once it's opened it's yours.
what is returnable is listed as:
"Items that are unopened and are in new condition may qualify for a return.", which means if it was damaged during shipping, it's yours. It's literally a return policy that 99.9% of customers aren't eligible for.

It took up my whole room but I really liked it. I would never consider buying a $300 bean bag that doesn't have something for the feet/legs. It is way too small to consdier sleeping in. It should also have a neck support since it is so small.

I'm pretty sure you could get some pretty nice faux leather for $17 in material and that'd probably be far better than what they use... Hell even if they used real leather they wouldn't even be able to crack that $200 range. Also even the high end filler is about 10$, so in all likelihood you were being WAY generous; probably about $25 in material at best. Given the $60 "restocking fee" they probably double their money even if it's returned.

This is the best review channel on the internet. Here's why.
    1. You are thorough in every way that matters, giving your thoughts on things that stand out, whether they're good or bad.
    2. You make sure to give things more than just a first impression, when necessary.
    3. You give products multiple tries in multiple different ways, and that makes your review so fair. If you only try one thing, a good thing could be discarded as useless even though you may not have tried the best way to use it.
    4. You often give useful comparison videos between products that are of similar quality, or have similar uses. And when you do, you give a list of strengths about each product. That is super helpful for people who want something specific from their purchase, and it makes for an easier choice when you have shown what each thing is good at.
    5. You aren't trying to sell anything, so you are never afraid to say the pros and cons.
    6. Your reviews are good at showing realistic examples of use in day to day life. You use products as though you had bought them with the intention of using them every day, and if the viewer were to buy it and use it every day, they would know what to expect.
All things considered, I can't think of a better way to review something. You've truly found the best method, and I just wanted to congratulate you for that.

Me personally. It's awesome. It does actually mold to the forms you want. I'm writing this on the moon pod right now. It really is like a very comfortable flexible chair. I'm a guy so you know.. ergonomics are important. I feel very free while my back is also well supported. The smell is there but not noticeable while sitting down in any of the positions. I think it would be more reasonable if $50 more stayed in the consumer pocket for this, but it's honestly not a cheap product. It doesn't look the way it does in the commercials but it does feel as good as I thought it would. It's more compact than I thought it would be which is honestly good because I was worried about space but it's pretty easy to store and can be really comfortable pretty much anywhere. I'm personally really happy with it. You could buy a bunch of these for a room and everyone could enjoy these.

I just got my moon pod this last week and I got both accessories with it and I really like it.., I only wish I would have gotten it sooner. I have nice furniture in my house including lazy boy chairs bit hands down , everyone wants to sit in my moon pod including me… the price is worth it as it’s very comfortable.

I actually hate product review channels. They always focus too much on the entertainment part and just cannot be taken seriously. But you Sir earn your viewers trust episode by episode. And, you are still way more entertaining, because you got personality. Sunny greetings from Spain!🤝

I agree! I also hate the ones that just feel the need to go off on personal tangents forever, then only spend the last 5mins of a 10min video actually doing the review. He's entertaining, making natural jokes, while spending the whole video testing and reviewing the product. Very trustworthy as a reviewer indeed!

The crescent was supposed to be used as back/neck support with one ong the long bois, but I've confiscated as my pillow because I absolutely love it. The arms allow you to sleep with your own arm out under your head and not mess up your shoulder and neck. Best pillow I've ever had.

    Hi James,
Once again I really enjy the honesty in your reviews.
I am astounded that a beanbag chair can cost that much. I would assume in the UK if my guess is correct it would cost £270 or in that region. I was expecting it to have a usb charging port, a mini fridge and built in bluetooth speakers for that kind of price. It seems like a total rip off.

You figure for $300 it would come pre-installed in the sleeve. Doing so would also reduce plastic waste, but then they can't blame user error for if the fabric sleeve has a bad spot that rips open while installing.

Why do American companies charge so much for relatively cheap products. I've just seen a very similar product on sale when translated into $'s at the amazingly low price of $151.25 including postage, and in a large variety of colours. It may not have the same volume of beads but it looked firm enough in pictures with people using them.
