I’ve thought this as well. I think Mullen was trying to accomplish that holding AR back. The less film you have on your QB the less your opponents see, Jalen Hurts did it to UGA. The only thing is this makes JT look less interesting to the NFL for 2022. Vandergriff and Stockton, competition will be tough for JT so I don’t see this a JT choice either.
