I've heard that when the Cauliflower begins to form, you can gather the leaves up like a ponytail and band them shielding the head from the sun and eliminating the yellowing. May also provide some pest relief later in season.

I stopped in Walmart and they wanted $7.50 for a 5lb bag of potatoes. I left. I will get them from a farmers market. I need beets. I make sweet n sour beets and can about 3 dozen jars of them. I have already made zuchini bread and only have two left so that's on my list. Great video!
How on earth do you make it look so easy to grow all of that? This year has been absolute hell with the drought here in Texas and the unprecedented heat! It’s been 100 degrees plus almost every single day since the first week in June!! So you can’t water enough no matter how much you try. Your harvest looks amazing! I hope to get to that point someday!

If you fold some Leaves over the head of the cauliflower when ist Starts to build IT will stay White. The yellow color comes fromm sunlight.
