I had a doubt regarding 4G-LTE ..Is there a parameter in 4G-LTE which deals with variation in transmission power of a base station (eNB) and the association with UE's based upon the transmission power.
Basically what I want to ask is is it possible to increase/transmission power of a particular base station so that it may associate to more number of user equipments (upon increasing the power) and lesser number of user equipments (upon decreasing the transmission power)?

Yes, increasing transmission power literally means you are increasing your coverage/reach. However, you should take in consideration the maximum distance permissible to transmit by your NCA/EPA.
