    This guy was right. The police would never catch him as he was too smart and watched too much true crime. He made no mistakes at all, apart from being caught on CCTV, leaving his DNA at the scene and getting blood all over his bag (and then keeping the bag and even taking it with him when he was interviewed by the police). The guy is a criminal genius!

They pull up to a scene there’s gunshot wounds to the forehead and after 2 minutes of hard contemplation the detective says I think he’s been shot 😂🤣😂 so I’m not surprised this “true crime” buff was so sloppy. Yhea all countries have news outlets that don't care what they write or its effects just that it sells. This crap happens a lot, thankful not as much as it used to but still far to much. The sad thing is they only do it because it sells to the people who buy their crap which says something really really sad about a large section of society and how they like to see the world and why they believe such rubbish like this. People who think like that believe they're safer than the people who don't act like they do, that things like this will never happen to them because they don't behave "badly" or like an animal, etc. Which isn't even sort of true if you look at the numbers most murders, assaults occur either in the home or are committed by someone you know. Let's hope it continues to change until no one gets judged for the way they decide to live their lives.

    I went to high school with Morgan.
    Nice, fun-loving guy who loved to have a laugh.
    Being a boys school, it could be rough but Morgan was one of the few guys who made no enemies at school. He was liked by the popular guys, the stoners, the nerds, and even the edgelord/outcasts like me and my group so it was a shock to all the guys when this happened.
    I remember him telling me about wakeboarding and how much he loved it. He'd draw designs of wakeboards in class but never really complained about having to learn stuff unrelated to his interests.
    I wasn't close friends with him (he hung with the skaters/surfers) but I'll never forget how he just treated us all the same, pulling this funny face where he'd close his mouth, clench his jaw, hide his lips, and do this exagerrated blink with his eyes to make people laugh when the teachers weren't looking 😂

      It depends where on the spectrum, this kid definitely knew the difference.
      Although it's not common, the upper end of the spectrum is a literal nightmare sometimes. Which it's not that they don't understand exactly what right and wrong is. It's just their perspective of it morally can vary drastically. As to their perspective of the outcome of situations as well. So right and wrong to us, can be quite different to their interpretation. Granted also someone would have stepped in in this situation before he got to this age if he was that far on the spectrum as well. So again, this kid had no excuse. Just keep in mind there are parents out there doing all they can with every PT, OT, LT and so on programs, therapy, occupations and schooling with an ASD individual on the upper spectrum and they will still act like a "dick".

    • @lordbiscuitthetossable5352
      @lordbiscuitthetossable5352 2 года назад +59

      As someone with ASD; I can confirm that at least from my perspective I tend to adopt a pretty narrow view of the world as default, which is usually why I feel constantly consuming different media is super important to constantly remind myself of different perspectives and experiences rather than only what I'm interested in at the given time. While our disposition toward obsession certain can be a contributing factor, it's by no means something exclusive to the condition, just it's one road leading to that of a killer.
      Also, as someone with ASD I can both understand and be *horrified* by some of the explanations that come out of these disturbed individuals. Like, this guy had a simplified version of the world where he dreamed about and normalized his act, committed it after several failed stalking attempts, then went about his life like an eager teenager who just got off a hard shift at work. Or Alek Minassian who talked about "a revolution against Gary's and Stacys" like he was talking affectionately about a hobby, somehow completely pushing aside the fact and consequences of having killed 11 people through a drive-through. These guys totally knew the difference but had instead chosen to "indulge" this hobby until it was just normal.

    • @charleswhite758
      @charleswhite758 2 года назад +1

      allie5 You have no idea whatsoever what is going on inside his head. You like to think you do, but that's just wishful thinking. The next 3 or 4 years in his life are crucial, as he grows out of childhood. Often big changes occur. Mental disorders of any form cause problems for the sufferer, no point pretending they don't, and being a "dick" as you so uncharitably put it, is normal for people who lack the social skills of a totally normal person. Totally normal people generally are not "dicks". The unfortunate remainder don't always understand how to react appropriately in many social situations. You are possibly putting too much pressure on him. You are underplaying the disability of autism, it is a serious matter that can lead to difficulties in life, but as you say it is not at all synonymous with being a criminal. I think most people understand that.

      Good comment. I have some experience with intrusive thoughts. Which I learned all about, by working with the home study program, "Attacking Anxiety & Depression." Intrusive thoughts are the mind's way of distracting one's mind from ones true worries. One example the program gave, came from this successful businessman. Whenever he was crossing this one bridge, he would start to think about going home, and stab or drown his children. Which would horrify him of course. Leaving him wondering if there's something wrong with his mind or character or whatever. Even though he knew, he would never act on these thoughts, they plagued him anyway.
      What it really was, was the bridge itself, and the fact he was on his way to work. Since he would naturally enough be thinking about work, stressful enough right there, once he hit the bridge, he felt "trapped" by it. He had no control. Because this bridge was very long and narrow, and imposing with its many girders, and warning signs. So to take his mind off all these stressors, his mind would distract itself by throwing up these intrusive thoughts. Needless to say, after working with the program, he gained control of his thoughts or reactions, and felt much better. Just like the program did for me. 👍

It's important to keep in mind that NONE of these characteristics are indicative of someone likely to kill someone. I cannot stress enough that depression is not an indicator for a murderer.
    What is an indicator for a murderer is telling your psychiatrist that you fantasize about killing someone, and that you've actually started to carry out your fantasy. In the US, that's what we call being a danger to yourself or others, and is enough to get you involuntarily committed to a mental institution where you can (theoretically) get the help you need to avoid acting on those thoughts.

      My question is, is it consensual? Or something weeks else? I spent two years in prison and it is far uglier than anything they can portray. I still say that prison guards are the most evil human beings walking this earth. They're often worse than serial killers. The best advice I could give anyone who's gonna do time is place no value on your own life and you'll be fine.

      Honestly, I think this creep would have gotten in another way, but yeah it’s important to be sure after a night out drinking everything is in order.

    It seems that you are very mindful of how the loved ones may feel as you tell the story. You tell each one with care, precision and knowledge. Thank you.

    I love the new coffeehouse more and more with every new vid. I'm so happy that Adrian and this amazing channel have done so extremely well, so quickly. But, honestly how could it not? Adrian is an awesome storyteller, extremely hard worker, and a very down to Earth, relatable guy! Thanks for keeping our coffee/tea mugs overflowing, Adrian! Lots of 💕love from Florida! Stay safe y'all!🌻💋
    Happy Belated💐Mother's Day!💋💞🤟🏻
