I believe the tree hanging upside down is an olive tree. In Israel, Olive trees are protected by law due to their significance in the Old Testament (Torah). They cannot be uprooted and removed from their spot. The olive branch is also a symbol of peace. Having the tree hanging upside down, with the roots showing, is a beautiful symbol of the current turmoil Israel is going through.
It's more likely an homage for our Golani troops that died. The olive tree is their symbol. Rest in peace brothers❤😢.
I think also that she is looking up, but it's the ground - for the brothers and sisters that were buried and Israel roots

It is about October 7th. We lost more than 1000 people on that terror attack, that invasion… and it’s about missing someone.. that they were taken away from us.
The hurricane is what we went through that day.
The sun in the end is a symbol of that as well because it happened in sunrise. And the tree is one of the trees from the party area where 260 people were murdered.
The dancing is a notion to the party as well and our slogan “we will keep on dancing”.
This is a very special one for us.

This is such a beautiful song. This song is in memory of the nova angels- young, beautiful people wbo went to a muaic festival to dance but never came back. They were murdered, raped and taken hostage in a terrorist attack.

This year Israel is participating to convey a message and not to win the competition.
Because of the war and the many deaths, most of the public in Israel have no desire at all for music competitions,
but we decided to participate in order to share our message, it appears as a recurring motif in the song:
"I have nothing to hide!"
We did not start this war,
barbaric terrorists invaded our settlements, raped, murdered, burned and kidnapped to Gaza babies, women, elderly people and anyone they managed to capture.
We react and try to protect ourselves.
We have nothing to hide!
At the same time, we are also not ashamed of our pain, as Eden sang - men cry too.
The song is a song of grief and pain, the dancers also tell the story of the massacre.
At first the dancers are concentrated in a pile and in the background you hear heavy breathing of fear
then the dancers are trying to run away from the terrorists who are shooting at them.
The song was intentionally written as a catchy song, not too complicated, so that the message would be absorbed by as many listeners as possible.
