যখন প্রথম অভিযোগটার কথা শুনলাম, শুনেই হাসি পেয়েছে। কারণ একটা এত বড় চেইন রেস্টুরেন্টের জন্য খাসির বদলে কুকুর দিতে যে ঝামেলা করতে হবে এটা তাদের জন্য ব্যবসায়িক দিক থেকে খাজনার চেয়ে বাজনা বেশি হয়ে যাবে। বড় বড় রেস্টোরেন্টগুলো এই এক দুই বেলায় মুরগির বজলে কাক বা খাসির বদলে কুকুর দিয়ে কোন লাভ করতে পারবে না, এটা তাদের জন্য ফিনানশিয়ালি বলদামি হয়ে যায়।
এরকম দুই চাপ পয়সা বাঁচানোর চেষ্টা ছোটখাট চিপার দোকানের কর্মচারীরা করলে তাদের দুই চারশ টাকা বাঁচে।
কোন ব্যবসায়ী কখনো নিজেদের রেপুটেশনকে জেনে শুনে এত বড় বিপদের মুখে ফেলবে না।

The customers took 7 packets only and made a complain. And for such a small amount their higher officers themselves went there this thing is really suspicious. Where they deal with larger amount of orders daily.

They took it seriously. I mean that's a huge claim, right? If someone claims that they were served "biraler mangso" the management must deal with it. As they are professionals and the complain was from a well known party that's why they went there physically.
@@JobairHossain43 it was definitely kuttar meat, the vendors were corrupt and sultans dine doesn't have any quality control when accepting the meat. The vendor is usually some local butcher who tried saving extra money and provided kuttar meat
