Dear Jenny and Jerry, always know that we know as true subscribers who have been with you for the whole ride what kind of people you are and that you would never try to Swindle anyone. Looking forward to the new year and hoping all goes well for your entire family and staff.
I appreciate you. You work so hard and teach us so much about plants in my area. Jerry, don’t sweat the small stuff and small people. Your business seems to be doing very well. I would suggest that you give the customer interaction/complaints to someone on your team, not you or Jenny. Let them handle issues and be the face to the customer. 🥰
I was thinking this too - someone whose head won't explode when someone is nasty. You folks always treat people with professional courtesy - but sometimes it must take a physical toll to be so restrained :)
Great advice. Possibly Christine (who sometimes ?? works there still) She always seems to be upbeat and confident at the same time. Jenny and Jerry, we know you are such hard workers and so honest. You have created a beautiful business and we thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us.
Ya'll are just wonderful! Amazing how you get everything done with all the projects and new parts of the business growing! I pray the Lord will bless you with an abundance of success! I've been a viewer from the beginning and you have taught me so much. Very grateful!
Hi Jenny and Jerry, I honestly don’t know when you sleep! Although I don’t live in your area I am so thankful of the information that you provide every day. Hopefully it has helped me to be a better “student in my own garden” !🥰🌸🇨🇦
Good Morning Jenny and Jerry, Love that the two of you will take the time to answer questions, even though some of them may be silly. We certainly appreciate your time and efforts and have all learned so much from your channel. Thank you!
Thanks Jenny and Jerry for answering my question about the expense. I have the curse of viewing everything through a business/financial lens. I’m very excited to see the Signature Garden to take shape.
Thank you Jenny and Jerry , I appreciate you for everything you do! Videos, explanations on plants, all of the hard work you put into your garden and Nursery. Love your family and workers and your kindness to us all..❤
As someone that works in customer service, I get you Jerry about those emotional emails not helping. I have full faith in the Creekside team, y'all are amazing. Ideas of plants I'd like to see on the site: Rockapulco Lantana Superbena superbells double redstone The Begonia that Jenny loved this year (I'm blanking on the exact name, I think Solenia) Wicked witch Sure fire white begonias
Cant believe people think you are swindling them! You folks are great and I learn so much from your videos even though I am up north in Salem MA. Thank you! Amanda L.
I’m so looking for the pink cashmere superbena, the new yellows petunias, Menards, my list is very long to many to list. Lol 32:56 next spring 2024 I will be creating my first true garden bed. All plants will be PW only. So excited. Love you Jenny and Jerry. See you in June.
I was looking for Midnight Sun Weigela and had forgotten about your online store until you mentioned it in a video. I ordered 5 and your prices and shipping were cheaper than anywhere else I looked. I'd love to see Surefire Begonias, Little Quick Fire Hydrangeas and lots of Coleus in the presale!! Love your videos
I was one of those people who emailed you about “where’s my plant”. Please know this is purely due to my excitement about receiving my plants ( especially from you!) and I had not heard the part about it being a preorder. I trust you two completely, I’ll try to hold back my impatience in the future! Love you guys!
Know this is on a previous video, but a suggestion of what we do. If we have to dig, we take a picture or pictures of the trench or hole in relationship to other things. If possible, we lay a measuring tape out from something fairly permanent ( foundation, tree, fence, etc.)and take a close-up of the measurement. Print the picture or put it in a separate file on your computer. Makes it a lot easier down the road when you're trying to remember where that line is.
Thanks for answering my questions about your well water and shearing the boxwoods at the signature gardens. 👍 One item on my spring WISH LIST PLANTS are PW Cuphea. There are other brands here in zone 10 but they never look as heathy as PW.
Good morning from Athens, Georgia. We appreciate Creekside sharing your knowledge, successes and messes, and you say. Looking forward to a road trip visit to your PW Signature Garden next spring. Looking forward to the Presale for my spring garden.
Plant suggestions I have trouble finding in my area are heliopsis, the dark sedum, new look dusty miller and I would also love the new shrub you planted at the chicken coop that has a bloom kind of like a orchid.
Oh my goodness! I don’t even know you but I feel like I do from your videos. You folks are my kind of people❣️ As for plants I’d like to see on your website, any kind of superbena (especially Pink Cashmere😍) and Jazzberry supertunia. The only place I can find PW plants here in Southern California is at Home Depot, and that’s usually just one or two plants. 😔 Your website has opened up a new world for me! 👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I am looking forward to ordering from you guys. I feel that you guys work hard to give us professional information to help us have the best gardens possible.
We all know you have poured your heart and soul into your business and you are greatly appreciated. I'm so glad to be able to order from a more local nursery and I am very confident in your plants. I received my shrubs recently and they were in perfect condition. I did pot mine up into bigger containers to grow them on before planting them next season, can't wait..
My 2024 shopping list will include PWs Supertunia Bordeaux and Rose veined, Persian Shield, Superbena : pink cashmere, sparkling amethyst and imperial blue. Sweet potato vine: sweet Caroline sweetheart lime and bewitched after midnight. 😊
I searched all of my local garden centers this past season for PW Surefire Cherry Cordial begonias. Please have these available in the on-line store. I also want the double vintage coral superbells, and the unplugged so blue salvia. Thanks!
Looking forward to the preorder! Am hoping to order supertunia vista yellow, white and superbena whiteout, sparkling amethyst; mostly thank you for offering these options.... :)
I live in Charlotte. I spent this entire season looking for Supertunia Picasso and never found them. It would be great to snatch some up during presale. Thanks for taking suggestions!!
Enjoy your videos and watching your business grow. I received my two hydrangeas that I had ordered. I did have a question after I ordered after a shipping tracker said they had been delivered. My email was promptly answered and situation explained. The two hydrangeas were packed very well and seem very healthy and arrived in time for me to get them planted. Thanks! I would love to have a PW dwarf lilac available for sale for Spring!
J&J, Thanks so much for your expertise!! I have learned so much from your videos!! Love everything you share. Can't wait for annuals to be up for order ❤
I was wondering if you will be offering the tee shirt “life is too short for minimum spacing” again? If so will you consider a purple tee, blue tee or gray tee? I really loved that tee shirt, but a white tee is not really a good idea for me….I would have that tee stained in very short order. Thanks for all your hard work doing the videos. Love to watch you guys.
Hello Jenny and Jerry, I live in Las Vegas Nevada zone 8b. I usually order many, many plant from Proven Winners and Proven Winners Direct. My problem is that they usually can’t ship until it is HOT in this part of the country, the plants are shipped in that plastic sleeve resulting in a steamed plant that looks great when taken out of the box BUT within 1-2 days the foliage turns black, mussy and then die from being steam cooked. So from your video this morning did I understand correctly that you will be able to ship to my zone earlier? Like maybe Feb early March which would prevent that steam cooking of my plants?
LOVE ALL THE INFORMATIVE YOU SHARE FROM YOUR EXPERIENCE! WATCH YOU ALMOST EVERY DAY AT LUNCH TIME! GOOD LUCK WITH ALL YOUR PROJECTS. LOVE SEEING ALL THE IMPRESSIVE PROGRESS! USED TO BE IN A BUSINESS SIMILAR AND KNOW ALL THE HARD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WORK! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!😊
If folks don’t know that itea lose their leaves this time of year, they need to educate themselves better. I would rather have an itea as it should be in November in zone 7 than one from a controlled temp greenhouse in California. This person would have been shocked to see my half dead looking “dark side of the moon” astilbe I got a months ago from bluestone perennials. Ups kept delaying delivery and they dried out. I didn’t panic but was disappointed. I knew if I planted immediately and kept them watered, they would be ok.
I’m already planning for next Spring. I’ll have to jump on the proven winners website to refresh my memory about specific color names. I definitely want sting arborvitae (at least three), but that may be hard to come by… as for patience with online ordering, I’ve been so pleased with my baby shrubs from Creekside.
Please attempt to sale Little Redhead Indian Pink Spigelia I’ve only been able to buy this plant once and I should have brought all of them. It’s a phenomenal plant!
Dear Jenny & Jerry… you asked for it… My proven winners, “suggestion/wish” list. Regardless I’ll look forward to my next trip out to Creekside, and will definitely be placing a pre-order for shipping. Shrubs (would love to see larger sizes at the nursery): •El Nino •Just Chill Red Tip Camellia •Juiced Orange Jessamine •Dandyman Color Wheel Rhododendron Perennial: •All Eyes On Me Hibiscus •Bit of Honey Heliopsis •Totem Pole Grass •Hot & Cold Kniphofia •Princess Bride Pineapple Lily •Mega Millions Rudbeckia
I will be looking for Proven Winners Superbena- Pink Cashmere, Imperial Blue, Sparkling Rose, Sparking Amethyst, and any other Superbena. I will want multiple of these. I live in central Illinois, zone 5b. I’m looking forward to ordering from you!
Woohoo to the Presale! Can’t wait. Already know that I want Riseup Amberness Rose, candy corn spirea, the new Neatball Box, and your Solomons Seal if you offer it. I really think, Jenny that some people have no idea what a plant ordered either online or in dormancy, really looks like. Thank you both for offering your viewers the opportunity to be your customers. Many plants are not available in my rural area, so I’m tickled pink to get a start of these plants.
Enjoyed the video and hope all goes well as you progress to your online plant sales. I am interested in Raspberry Agastache and Astilbe. Hopefully these are on your list.
This is a good talk to listen to. Are you going to have more online merchandise such as the birdhouse and chimes that you've had in the past or any other type of item that would be good for a Christmas present?
I order an aphrodite plant and it arrived in great condition. I planted it within an hour of arrival, and it is doing great so far. great job I love my first order.

You probably have identified the building on the right up at production, across from the lot and new green houses, but I don't think I heard you say. I'm guessing equipment/maintenance?
Hello, Jenny and Jerry! My two favorite gardeners! Even though we live quite a drive away, I pray that I get to visit Creekside nursery one day and be a return customer! Jenny on the belt can you tell me how long the belt is. I’m a large person and before. I’ve looked at the belt several times on their website. I love the idea of having a belt with your name on it but sometimes one size does not always fit all.

Just wondering if you ship the none plant items to Ireland. Like the tool belt or t-shirts or is it only for the USA
Jenny on the belt can you tell me how long the belt is. I’m a large person and before. I’ve looked at the belt several times on their website. I love the idea of having a belt with your name on it but sometimes one size does not always fit all.
So sorry we weren't able to get to your neck of the woods this year, but pleased as punch that I can order on line. Quick question...would you all consider growing/selling New Gen Boxwoods?
