It works anywhere & everywhere as long as you are willing to do the work my friend! Just closed one last week where the listing came from the doors and so did the buyer off a neighbor referral. Ended up being an ALL CASH $1.8m deal … YES it works 💯 & I am happy to help you with any challenges 🤙🏻
The best time to know is from 5pm to 7pm. Its not about how long your work is about what time you work and how consistent you are. I would rather knock two solid hours a day than to knock all day one day and burn out.
