Hello all,
Welcome to a model railway exhibition video. This is our first 2024-filmed 2024 video. So with some time still on my hands, we headed out for this year's Warrnambool Model Railway Exhibition, run by the Warrnambool Model Railway Club. The exhibition took place at the St Joseph's Primary School main hall. This is another regional exhibition but it was surprisingly sizeable with 27 exhibitors, 15 of which were operational layouts. The layouts depicted a wide range of international eras, including Australian, American, English, German, Japanese and Welsh. The majority of layouts captured were HO and N-gauges, with a few other scales ranging from 1:13.7 to 1:160.
In this video we cover the first seven layouts in order of the provided program.

In the next part we will cover the last six layouts, however we do miss two layouts throughout both parts. These will be highlighted in the description of the next part.

The initial plan was to have this comprehensive coverage of the operational displays at the exhibition in a single video, but with just over an hour of unedited footage, it was decided to split the video into two parts.
This exhibition is annually operated by the Warrnambool Model Railway Club, who are based in local clubrooms. They have a main layout in the clubrooms and various exhibition layouts that have been displayed in many other events.
