Being the person I am, I did not want to go in blind, so I binge watched your videos to help get me started. A year and a half in I run a crew as a party chief and do our hydrographic surveying. I've still got plenty to learn and I know for now pc is my ceiling, but I'm not content with just that. I want to know all there is to know about surveying and survey practices. I want to perform my work with knowledge, skills, and correct practices. I will be looking into your course further.

Truth is, some of our lecturers are also just seeking to make money and don't really understand what they are teaching. Of all the languages that exist, you decided to speak the truth, seriously, it is incredible how no one had ever raised their voice about this problem in a community as polarized as the world of topography. It is totally true what you say regarding the enormous amount of information and knowledge that past generations prefer to protect rather than share it with new generations, from techniques, tools, information, contacts... In my personal experience I experienced it with my own family, since it would be assumed that counting me It would be the third generation of surveyors in the family, lately I feel nothing but sadness to see how each time the spirit of surveying turns off, and shades, because the oldest ones have no intention of continuing with the line. Besides, I'm practically the last one because the others left, or resigned, or died.😰

I feel you man, I got a job at a small land surveying company with absolutely zero experience and I was running the equipment 4 weeks later and straight graded a water line and it was a disater and I blamed myself pretty hard at the time. Now looking back I realize I never should of been running the equipment then without supervision.
You can pay 127 dollars for the first monthly payment and take the entire online course and then leave, really an absurd price for the large amount of knowledge it contains

Here in Brazil we work mostly in SIRGAS2000 and UTM projections, everything in meters of course. Thanks!

Question about your Survey School: as someone who is only conducting drone surveys for my company (mainly learning on my own), would it be helpful for me to take the courses? In other words, do I need to have a more thorough knowledge of ground surveying, or do I really need more specific training in drone surveying? I am also learning Civil 3D on my own, so that is another aspect of your course I am interested in.

More advanced lectures will be uploaded soon as more students join and go through the lectures available now. I am doing 3 zoom calls with the students this upcoming week to answer questions and provide guidance on particular areas of interest. i want to setup self driving lawn mover using existing tractor and gnss receiver for gps correction looks like great option but dont get is it worth it? i see only complex solutions with high price which makes all things pointless and it's cheaper to get ready robot and not waste time and money

I don't want to be mean to you. I consider you an example, but selling the key to success make you just another seller. I'm quite impressed with your channel, but I feel this is a scam. It would be better to keep the money. At least in my country, if I want to be a surveyor, it means staying away from home for a couple of months or even more and being paid worse. I don't think there are chances for European countries to give a chance at the new generation of surveyors. It's more important to elaborate a plan for those who are in this industry and don't succeed in getting a job or leave the field and go to other departments.
