What will be the measurements if I wants to make it for 1.5 years old baby...?

For a 1.5 years old baby the sole length should be 12 - 13 centimeters. You can add to the chains and adjust the pattern. If you dont know how to adjust the pattern let me know. I will make a video about that. ☺️
