I going to tell the story in a video soon. This truck is a 2005 that was flipped in 2012, we had to let that operator go unfortunately, the truck was repainted in roughly 2012 and a new boom. Thank you for the comment on the truck, I definitely like to keep them shining while rolling down the road.
The original grease zerks on the clamps are pointless first of all, in my opinion. I switched to a clamp style and take the elbow off at the end of my last job everyday to clean and grease around the inside of the gasket. This will make sure your tip elbow will swivel. Literally takes 30 seconds if that.
@@fronabargerconveyingpumping100% agree with you regarding the grease fittings on the swivel clamp. All they do is apply grease/hydraulic pressure to the outer diameter of the gasket, which in turn actually makes the elbow more difficult to rotate. I like the way you take the time to remove the elbow and grease the gasket. One question: how come no water in front of the second sponge? I find sucking back a few gallons between sponges not only gets the pipes cleaner, but also flushes the S-tube and material cylinders, making for a quicker/easier washout. Love your videos brother 🙏🙏🙏
Very very good 7:52
I love your Channel and your work.... salutations from a french pumper
Thanks! Once I figure out a way to mount this camera while I'm pumping, I'll be set. Thanks for watching the videos!
That is a pretty pump pal. Love seeing a well kept older machine

You replace the tip clamp to a Lever style? Why's that?
