    For the deffered annuity investing in April 2023 and getting the 1st return on April 2034 as in the example you have opted for the annual return and also the return comes after completion of 10 years. So April 2023 +10 completed years (2033) + 1 year for opting interest annually = April 2034. Hope this answers but not sure if i am eligible for the giveaway. Any analysis on the TATAAIA fortune gurantee plus.

Please review afresh the direct Pros and Cons of some lucrative Pension plans available now. There's also a mention of return of premium to nominee... What does that mean exactly.

    Personally I think, It's better to invest in 40 Years GOI bonds. Currently, They give 7.42% return.
    If we purchase Rs 1.5 lacs bonds every month for next one year. We will get approx. Rs.11,100 every month for next 40 years. After that it will redeem.
    Currently my age is 45, so I will get above amount till age of 85.
    And more, these bond are tradable. Their value increases when interest rate are lowering.

    • @EveryPaisaMatters
      @EveryPaisaMatters  Год назад

      Will you get 7.42% every time?

    • @kamalkant4070
      @kamalkant4070 Год назад +3

      Yes, last from last one year coupen rates move 7.26 % to 7.42%. now it's stable from March. Once you purchase these bond, you will get 7.4% interest for 40 year.
      Govt long term Sovereign bonds always give higher return that traditional immediate annuity plans.

      Thanks for giving a great tip about investing in GOI Bonds! Some State govt bonds too are good on the RBI Retail Direct website. This can be a better alternative to an annuity plan.

Insurance plan me Tax bhi lagega.... Innocent investor ko loss hota hai dukh hota hai.... Average earning families ko Tax hi dena hai....Aapki sincere advice bahut logo ko help kar sakte hai.... Thank You....

    Today FD rate is around 7.1%. For Sr Citizen it's even higher. Isn't it better to open a FD with monthly interest payback option? You don't have to pay GST for FD i believe. Also it'll be tax free as long as your total earning is lesser that 7lakh.

    • @EveryPaisaMatters
