This guy should be getting huge contracts, best pipe attack in plusliga, he's good at beating blocks. He's gaining more arm strength as his career progresses, scary he's only been playing pro three years, one year was cut short due to Covid, but there's so many highlight reels out on him. VNL is a good platform to see him play up against the best middle blockers, like his former teammate Babar Chinenyeze. He's gotten much better at channeling his passion. He totally killed it against Serbia, but for some reason they didn't go to him as much against Iran and Poland, so they lost two games in a row...

Defalco is efficient both in defense specially in offense. He's just in his mid 20's but he hit so hard.

What's most impressive is that many of Defalco's swings/kills are taken with NO APPROACH. In transition, often times, he doesn't have time to get back for an approach, but the setter shoots the ball at him anyways, and he just jumps straight up and kills it. You don't see that often in pro vb, but Defalco is doing it like all the time.

When things go wrong TJ is a brat and bad teammate who brings down the team.
Most of his frustration is turned inwards but yes his attitude can be toxic. He does seem to have better rapport with his teammates now, overall he was much better in this tournament.
@@laurenw.8009 I agree he seems to be better. Negativity was a problem for the whole team during the Olympics but they also seem to have turned the corner and played really wel together during the VNL.

Lol did even watch the game??? He was the most efficient guy in the US team. Poland, Russia, Italy and Brazil have the strongest league in volleyball.
He was the highest scorer vs Serbia with 25 pts 67% attack, the team won!
Not a fan of this player. He's notorious for having a bad attitude and demeanor on the court against his own teammates. Not sure how his teammates put up with a tyrant.
