Basically so I can identify specific questions that might repeat and program a specific anwser to them, as well as just having a general idea of the conversations that the bot is having. I used to develop bots with Botpress but then a one day Botpress started having network issues preventing my bots to connect to the zapier webhooks. And then I found Voiceflow to be the most reliable alternative.

Regarding adding URLS to the knowledge base -- isn't just adding the home page good enough? Do you really need to upload each individual page?
Yeah, you have to add each one. The scrapping AI with only read the HTML contents of the Home page if that's all you give it. Good question!

Which voiceflow and Zapier plan is the best in order to provide AI service?
It really all depends on how many clients you can handle at a time. Maybe start with casual plans and upgrade them as you scale.
