for olaplex, you clarify first. then apply to damp hair. brush it through. leave it for 30-45 minutes. wash out. I find it works amazingly well when i notice my curl pattern frizzing out. If you don't have that issue, then you truly may not need it.

kp scrub with AHA is a good exfoliator for ppl with keratosis pilaris. good molecules would probably be a better choice for brightening/evening the skin

The olaplex three prevents hair shedding. It works for me but I only used it once. Also you still need hair conditioner
