I often have problems with mesh, one time it goes okay and when I do some minor changes (like change dimension on a few mm), it says it's not possible to generate a mesh. Sometimes restarting SW helps, sometimes I have to redo all simulation from 0. What can cause this issue ? SW 2022 SP5.0
A mesh can fail for several reasons. I recommend checking the size of the elements you are using and compare that to your geometry to make sure it is a reasonable size. If you have 0.1" thick tubes in your model and your mesh element size is 1.0" that is going to fail a lot. Also consider changing to the curvature or blended curvature mesh if you aren't using them already. Finally incompatible mesh is a good idea and should be enabled by default in your version.
