    The ranked tip ive internalized for ages as an IGL is "be stupid together"; u might know what the best play is, but if u see ur team actively doing something else, its best to just follow through with them and work together. You can discuss strats in the next pre-round or after theres a reset in the action

    • @AverageJonas

      I agree with this, sometimes organized stupidity cn be better than individual perfection

    YES ! FINALLY HE IS BACK , tbh I have been speed running all the vids on your channel and I was so eager for more. My best tip would probably be to keep a good mental which I know sounds obvious but sometimes the more you lost matches the more you feel demotivated and the enemy's feel confident making you do mistakes. So just remember it's never to late to make a comeback! Btw just absolutely love Jonas's vids

    My Favorite ranked tip as a person who doesn't tilt very much(i think) and has a nice vibe with other comms are the only thing that obstructs my path so finding a style of comms with randoms is tricky but will be beneficial in a long term of that 12 rounds n having confidence would be cool. tbh love ur content n lineups

  • @futsuuna
    @futsuuna Месяц назад +2

    I'm just peak dia 1 so it's not like I have great credibility to give tips, but one thing that helps me and a lot of randoms I've played with told me that helps them whenever I do is to comm the timing of your util. Like when I play flash initiator, it helps when you comm flashing close site, or flashing back site during site executes. Or when I play viper, it helps when I tell them wall going down in 3 secs; this gives them heads up to prepare to fight or time to tuck into cover rather than be suddenly exposed.

  • @abhatt
    @abhatt Месяц назад +2

    my ranked tip (even though i am bronze) , is always help and buy for the player who's top fragging or carrying your team as it helps boost their confidence.
    it happened to me today as our phoenix was carrying us , we lost the previous round so phoenix only had money for a spectre and i said i will buy a vandal for him (i bought a frenzy).
    He then got a 6k ace and then thanked me afterwards which felt quite nice and we won the game.

    From what i learned as a initiator main: you HAVE to communicate, give your team the info you gather or plan pushes and plays using your utility. You can use it to set you up, but you get much more use from setting up a decent duelist, make sure that you play with them if possible

    My ranked tip is really simple, to just have fun and be respectful. For those who really do want to rank up seriously, I would suggest to understand what type of agents you're good at, and to aim slightly down when your shooting, preferably at the upper chest. If you aren't the best at controlling your spray, shooting the upper chest will give you a greater chance of getting a headshot at the end.

    My rank up tip is something I personally have been trying to work on too, but try not to be too hard on yourself. I hear a lot of people talking about not attacking your teammates and being toxic, but my biggest issue is being so hard on myself and being toxic to myself off mic, telling myself that I always get carried or I suck. Val is a game we all play for fun, and even if you are having a rough game or bottom fragging consistently, it's ok. It is a journey to develop your skills. Just keep at it and try to just have fun, and you'll do better because of it. You're all doing great 👍

    my ranked tips, has worked for me personally is that sometimes people just have bad days, rather than ignoring that u arnt abel to hit shots and get kills and just ego peeking play for your team. use your util for your teammates and bait for them, in the end this is a team game, if the teams wins u win.

  • @Mr.FB1

    My ranked tip: is to learn maps, learning maps can lead to a better understanding and fluency to an agent or play style assigned to a certain map. Versatility for all maps in valorant could exponentially boost your performance and overall skill in a match ensuring a w. It’s also good overall for your team, to learn lineups etc.

    my best tip is that if you plant for a specific spot( for example if you plant for mound on lotus C site) dont have the entire team on mound. have atleast 1 or 2 people in the site so that all of the defenders cant just focus on the mound people and just puts more pressure on the defenders

    My Best Ranked Tip is Always Stay Focused and by that i dont mean dont have Fun i mean dont go on you phone between rounds or something else that might distracte you. And always be nice to you Teammates nobody likes when they gets flamed so there performance will fall down because of that and your own performance too because u more consentraited in flaming other people and seeing there misstakes and so lose track of your own gameplay. So all in All Just be a nice Person we all play this game to have fun or just escape reality . Have a Nice Day everyone. And thanks Jonas for the Video helps alot to understand u moves.

    As an Initiator and especially as a Sova player, having map awareness I would say is highly crucial and EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL to yourself and the team, that's one thing I've always noticed with Jonas's Sova since I began watching in the summer of 2022.
    In fact you can even apply that awareness to other agents to slowly and gradually develop your skill with comming certain usages of utilities or locations and weapons of your enemies.
    Information is Power.
    Good luck to everyone in the giveaway!

    I'd have to say that my ranked tip would be that every game and even every round is winnable until it's lost. Most of the people I play with whether it's friends or randoms always give up even before a round starts (spanning from iron to at most plat for me) so I want to encourage the mindset of if its not completely lost then it is winnable.

    My ranked tip is keep the vibes happy first and foremost, but also have just one idea per round. In the pre-round, think of one way you and a teammate can fight together to get a pick! If you do that, you're building team comms and making plays once a round for sure, and it often leads to most rounds starting as a 5v4, VERY GOOD for your team. And even if it fails, you can laugh about it and try again next round

    My ranked tip: Play with buddies even if they're a tiny bit lower a good team synergy is better than all high ranks playing solo and playing with friends you can keep your mental up easier. Also kills aren't everything help your team as much as possible if you know you helped them get onto a sight as a initiator and you died first getting that map control was essential

    My ranked tip (especially lower ranks) is try and have a minimum of 3900 credits for the next round it gives you vandal / phantom + full shield. Sk many players buy second round after losing pistol.

    My best ranked tip is when pushing site always have someone hold angles, sometimes people will peak out when you push and you get shot from somewhere you can't be traded

    My best rank tip is to always be positive with outcomes, look for possibilities to improve in certain mistakes, and be humble to accept them.

    My tip for ranked which I honestly think people don’t talk about enough is mini-map usage. Not doing this leads to a lot of unawareness

    while entering the site clear the entry corners with a drone give info to your team at entry then shoot recon at the back of the site which reveals the enemy hiding, this works for most of the maps, keep a calm mind and enjoy the game.

    My ranked tip is to more so play for the enjoyment of the game, and always stay humble in your game no matter what; whether you're at the top, or bottom, it doesn't matter. At the end of the day you are a team, and you're either going to lose together or win together.
