Nice build and congrats 👍 Im running the P40 comet, i did something a little different with my bypass/cooling loop, i installed 2-½ tank fittings in my fresh water tank, 1 in & 1 out, then i placed a large trans cooler inside the water tank so that it stays submerged, now when im in bypass the water is circulating thru the cooler and cold water draws the heat out, keeps the pump nice and cool and i can let it bypass all day without worrying about it overheating
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 Im getting an average 20f drop, theres alot of variables obviously to consider but i wasnt happy with having the loop outside, baking in the sun while it circulated👍
@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 that’s just the thing. You’ll have the same flow but you can run your soap and bleach proportioners at normal numbers. Liquid takes the path of least resistance which is why it doesn’t pull the (heavy) bleach when you have the water nozzle completely open. Especially in a one inch line. That’s why everyone restricts the water by one dial on the gas roof pumps & runs the bleach & soap high for normal house washes. Rather than doing that, you can reduce your water down to a 7/8” or 3/4” line. This essentially makes the heavy bleach & light water equal as far as fluid suction is concerned. You can go back to having you water valve fully open with bleach on 1.5 - 2 & soap on .5 - 1 like with a 12v. Same results but fully open valves will give a stronger mixture now & you can work with smaller numbers. 3/4 pipe can handle 23 gpm so it won’t affect flow, plus you go into a bypass line when rinsing I believe. Anyhow. Don’t know why I brought this up in the first place 🤣. Side note: Just found you. Love the videos so far!
@@chrisgood9715 Good info for sure!! I also think having a metering valve on the water would help. Which I may do later. I did a draw test with my 12 volt thru a ball valve & proportioner valve. The ball valve pulled a lot more water. Check it out. ruclips.net/video/iZM7qU4Bok8/видео.html
Hey brother, love the video - about to prime my ar45 for the first time. Curious what settings on the Asashi valves you’ve found to be good for bleach management?
I have been putting the SH valve on the third line. I have noticed when priming the AR before daily has helped a lot. When priming, I close the water & soap valves until the SH fills the line. Hope this helps and hit me up for any assistance. Thanks
Love to hear that you love the AR45 I as well have one and am trying to figure out the proportioner. I was also told the third line on the bleach was about a 3% but I would really appreciate it if you tested it out!
I looked at the air systems, but I was looking for more flow and did not want a big compressor. I may look at adding a smaller air system in the future. Thanks
Congratulations on the build! Would it be possible to share the manifold details like what material (poly or nylon), the cost and the right contact for your new block manifold? I’m interested in once similar but couldn’t find the right person based your your previous video. Any clarity on the details would be much appreciated. Good luck!

I think it's how you maintain the pump. I know a guy that has one for the last 4 years. Changed out a couple orings & oil. But you are right, for the price of the pump replacement it is a no brainer. That is
I use the valve in the link for down streaming to clean the injector. I also reduce it from 1/2" to 1/4". www.usplastic.com/catalog/item.aspx?itemid=114840&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1N2TBhCOARIsAGVHQc7FNpmgnpmz-x59a7LWgi1EXAqwFmhzAE6cIVCKibuPrnIsQRK7bQcaAscnEALw_wcB
Herb, I've been trying to figure my AR45 out for nearly three weeks. The set up is very much like yours but from Mid-West Equipment. So the problem I am experiencing is that the pump will not prime itself, I get no vacuum coming from the proportioning system and no pressure build up on the gauge. To try and prime the pump, I have fed water to the pump through the inlet tube, filled the pump and then started the machine as you have. By-Pass lever open, etc. Still No prime and No pressure build up. All hose clamp are tight! Possible defective pump from manufacturer? What are your thoughts?
Hello AllPro. First thanks for great content. 2 questions: Do you feel your pulling evenly between gravity fed water and drop tube SH? I may try this setup Im having priming problems. I think my main intake to manifold is too long. I can’t find any info on max length, what do you think?
Most of the time, I feel I am pulling an even amount. I had not had any real issues with priming. I am not sure the max length, but the shorter the better. Thanks
Hey man appreciate your content on the AR45. Goofy question but does the 45 have some power with that gun being comparable to a 3500-4k psi pressure washer or is it pretty easy to control as its only pushing max psi 300? Just wondering as I'm looking for less stress on the shoulders and wondering if its got more power being a high output GPM than your regular pressure washer. Thanks!
Are you running half inch pressure hose off your 8 gpm machine or are you running in 3/8 pressure hose. I just got my 8gpm and was told by a few folks I need to run the first 50' of pressure hose needs to be 1/2. What's your thoughts ?
Master course!
That filter you'll find that home depot it's like a well Filter that Used To stick Down into the bottom of a well and it's a 4 feet You cut it to Size
Thanks for the info. I need to see if my local Home Depot has anything.
Great job on the build
hell yeah this is awesome.

Or either one of you maybe make a video of that cooler system and how you would install it or make it work?
Great video!
Very nice build!! Started12 volting last year, may look to upgrade next year to get the distance.
It is a nice addition for sure. Keep the 12 volt for smaller projects & back up. Thanks
Fantastic job as always. Congratulations buddy
Thanks Brother!!! Lets catch up soon & Merry Christmas!
No lie bro your entire shop is badass! Trailer is one thing but the shop is really the beast behind all the madness💯
Thanks!!! I just need some time to get it cleaned.
Where did you get the tank and mount
I got the tank from Panhandle Power Wash & I made the tank bracket. Thanks
Rather than restricting your water line you can go down in hose size on water side.
I suppose you could, but I would rather have the flow especially for rinsing. Thanks

Hey.. Someone else from Ky! 😊✌🏼
Awesome congrats. I run Agent Halt through mine after every use… it will help with the corrosion issues.
Good Info!! Thanks
That filter is called well point lowes has them
do you bypass back to the chemical tank?
The bypass on the AR45 just circulates through 25' of hose. On the pressure washer, it bypasses back to the water tank. Thanks
Absolutely beautiful. So stoked for you man. Now get out there and crush it!! 🧀
I am ready! Thanks & Happy Holidays

Good stuff my brother!! Congrats man. Get that cheese!!!
Longevity that's what I'm waiting to see, I use a AODD system 1/2inch but this system will be more efficient minus breakdowns. Good luck

Is it possible to just have a ar45 or is it important to have a different machine for flat work and can a at 45 run a surface cleaner with it
The AR45 does not have the power to run a surface cleaner. However, I have seen someone just use 5-6% on concrete with no surface cleaning. Thanks
