How to build hover card effect in Bricks Build or any page builder or WordPress 2024

In this tutorial, we will build together a card hover effect in Bricks Builder. You can apply this in any page builder like Elementor. If you just want to use pure code as I did first in VS Code, and later add to the theme that you developing.
