I am in the same situation. I joined when the challenge was first announced and I have not received anything. I have also email support twice and heard nothing. At this rate, I may not be able to make a full character as I have lost a week of time (I am currently studying in school and need all the time I can get to finish projects).
Talking about user experience and scale... I'm on a 30" 2k 16:10 screen and your editor is very difficult to read. Not everyone is working on a large 4k screen, might want to take into consideration that some of your viewers are still using a 24" 1080p displays.
I think there should have been a concept art contest done before this phase of the project. Maybe you guys and postpone this part of the project and to a concept art contest or collaboration that way everyone is on the same page.I wound even do a base mesh started kit that has correct scaling and textel density in so this arent so varied in look and feel.
