Hello ma'am,
Thank you so much for the video. The question that you asked should a person leave the company if they're not loyal. From my perspective yes, because disloyalty or dishonesty is something that can hamper a company's goodwill on a very large scale. And Qatar Airways is not a comapny who's going to put their name at stake for an employee who cannot even be loyal.
If someone is sealing something first i will make sure that i must have seen that person stealing something with my own eyes. Just bcz other employee is telling me i won't make any judgement..
If he or she is really stealing something then definitely i will highlight this to my manager or supervisor only not to other employee bcz i know the value of loyalty this behavior is not acceptable. And this behavior doesn't brings required result for which whole team is working for. This is right answer or i need to add something here..
Similar questions were asked from me but aslo they asked ''What will you do if someone/passenger starts crying in front of you'' & What will you do when everything around you starts to fall apart or nothing is going your way. I wasn't prepared for this but I gave them my honest answer and what I was feeling .

In the full glear of passenger I will not immediately react to the situation but after the issue I will personally approach the co worker and discuss the issue and later report to the team leader for the necessary descipline action to be taken

Ok when I see a colleague stealing, first of all I will advice him that stealing is a very bad thing to do and it speaks very low and ill of you as a cabin crew, and advice him to change, then tell him that next time i will have no choice than to report him

Yesterday I went for interview of indigo
With all your guidance I cleared 3 round in my 1st attempt but I got rejected in 4th round
I somewhere feel that it happened because I fumbled in 3 rd round and I misplaced words of a phrase and I was nervous too so I guess these are the reasons and in 4tg round simple question was asked tell me about your self I just told my name experience award which I have won in my previous office my education and langues I know.
I just want you to guide me and tell me where was I wrong and How should I improve I am going to give my 2nd interview on 29th March

Yesterday I got the Golden Call and email to upload a copy of my Passport.
My passport has not been issued yet, it takes quite some time in South Africa.
But will be issued only next week.

Hello ma'am, an ardent follower of your highly informative videos. Found your explanatory notes for the second half of the video very useful, especially as a quick go through tool before a scheduled interview with the recruitment team. Just a personal observation during my recent Mumbai interview - guess Qatar has started hiring good number of male candidates during this round of interview cycle. Many had qualified for subsequent rounds. I couldn't perhaps of a visible scar, but I am working on it.
I really appreciate your choose and observation. Yes, that’s because they also offer jobs for other roles not just cabin crew.

@@ishasah6292 Initially, all exposed skin not covered by your uniform. Later, it's expected that you declare any visible/non-visible scars. For further help, you can find detailed video for tattoos,marks and scars on this chanel.

Mam i gave my final round on 22nd Feb in mumbai and i didnt received any email for blue background yet some of my friends got their mail on same day or next day and its been 5 days i didnt received it yet and i didnt received any rejection mail as well so can u pls let me know like what will happen next?

@@abdul466 Sure brother the test was very easy dont stress about it much as its a very basic english 2 comprehensions and 2 Dialouge writing will be there and they will give you 20 mins for 20 questions which can be done easily

Hi i cleared my interview last month. Gave final round on 22nd got email for blue background next day. It's been 7 days now but haven't got any reply. Just wanted to know do they reject for pics as well even after clearing all rounds? Also I had applied for bangalore with same id. N today I received the mail for interview so what does this mean? Have they rejected my previous application for which I had submitted bb pics? Could u plzz tell if u know bcz I'm very confused. @@ishasah6292 so I applied to all the opportunities with poor quality cv no photos , no Id proof nothing and literally I got rejected yesterday 😭 and at night I got really good quality pictures and editing my cv and around 9:30pm I resubmitted all my under review status application and literally today(16th march) at 8:15pm I got invitation which I’m still in shock😬

Yes you need to have a vaccination certificate which is issued after two doses so you are technically not eligible if they ask you to carry it along.

@@TwinkleAnand Ma'am, but they extended the date of applications (Delhi) to 2nd March. I had applied on the 15th of february and the date automatically changed to 21st february. Now there are two applications showing in my portal. On one the date is 15th and the second one 21st. One is MBR CC External and the latest one Under Review.
