    Do you have to let the fire go out before you can clean out any soot, scrape walls of TOP compartment?

    Quick question did you run a two leg 120v or did you make a single leg 220v?

    What is the difference between stabilization mode vs work mode?

    • @felixbourque
      @felixbourque 2 года назад

      Stabilization is a early stage after ignition. It is a transition mode between ingnition and work mode. It insures that all properties are met (specific temperatures, etc.) before moving to the next stage which is work mode (regular burning mode).

    Hello there, I was wondering if you could send me some pictures of the circulator pump wiring? I boist an eko duo in march, hauled it to.my basement, bolted it down and my plumber is only now getting to me but isn't familiar with 220v pumps...any help would be greatly appreciated!

      I'm a plumber but for the first time I'm installing one of those, what I did is I use a relay, I bought a relay in amazon with 220 v coil so I run a 110 v wire to the pump and the relay which is operated by the control with the 220v signal serve as a switch to interrupt the 110 v wire to the pump just connect the hot to the common and the pump to the NO. I hope this help you.

      Yes I did a little investigating and discovered the 220v coil relays...bought them online for cheap...originally I investigated the 220v circulator pumps...they are available...but way expensive compared to using a basic Taco circ. Pump and a $7 relay
