PBR 2001: Dillinger Defeats Justin McBride at the World Challenge

The 2-time PBR World Champion Justin McBride suffers a heartbreaking buckoff when he gets just ahead of the 2-time PBR Bull of the Year 81 Dillinger (who is profiled here) and loses his rope during Round 2 of the 2001 PBR Bud Light World Challenge in Austin, TX. This ride probably would've won Justin almost 70 grand and a career high score (and an overall ride to remember in the PBR).

He had his chance for sure. A pretty strong trip there but also not his rankest that I’ve seen. I’d mark him at a 22.5
