That chassis looks incredibly strong. I have been looking at some of the SLC's competitors, and their frames dont look anywhere near as strong as this one. Great video and I look forward to seeing more!!

Hi, it’s aluminum and won’t rust. Planning to undercoat the bottom with sound deadening and apply butyl rubber sound deadening and heat shielding in many areas. The rear frame tubes get wrapped with heat shielding.

Think this is the first SLC chassis I've seen completely bare. I'm still amazed by the quality, the control arms are pure automotive jewelry.

Hi Ted, I don’t know the weight of the bare chassis. When the car is complete it should weigh 2800-3000 pounds.
