@Preston Julberg Me neither. People like her wouldn't last a month in a Islamic countries. From what I've seen, she's a liberal type of person & muslims in Islamic countries don't like liberals. I lived in Indonesia & Malaysia before where the majority of people are muslims. Liberalism, especially moderm liberalism, wasn't popular there. Even in some areas, muslims mocked other muslims who consider themselves liberals.

They see Hinduism/Buddhism/Islam that way, but in reality, they don't really embrace the spiritualism or the dogma of said believes. It's all for psychological excitement & entertainment, to make them feel special compared to other people around them. Like, "Ooh! I learned Hinduism after I came back fron India last week & I feel like I found myself."

And Allah was forgiving, merciful.'
This woman grew up in a safe, modern Western Country and wanted to experience a bit of what she considers "exoticism". She converted to Islam, but will ultimately refrain from giving up her easy life in her safe Western country to get the full Islamic experience.

It's Not true, religion have a solid rule that must do and not affect where, when or who are you. Islam have Rules that all Muslims Must do everywhere, however you in the west, north or east. To add to the list of restrictions, I had a moslim friend and she told me these things:
1) in islam she couldn’t ride a bicycle
2) she couldn’t drive
3) she couldn’t even have a cup of water in a nonmoslims home
4) she could only eat islamic meat
5) she was forced to have an abortion because her mother-in-law told her to and she MUST obey her mother-in-law according to islam
6) she had a miscarriage, went to her imam to discuss it and he said she must have walked past a grave yard without knowing it. This caused her to lose her baby so she must be more careful and not walk where dead bodies are.
7) she had to tightly bind her breasts to not show her figure
8) she has to shave her private parts. I didn’t ask why.
9) she wasn’t supposed to be friends with me a nonmoslim so she lied to all the moslims who were pressuring her about me and told them i’m a moslim otherwise she couldn’t talk to me
10) she isn’t allowed to use toilet paper
11) She has to give money to her mother-in-law.
I am sure there are other things but those are the things that are on top of my head.
I remember another very significant thing. My baby started to cry in his car seat and she started to take him out while we were going down the highway in a lot of traffic. I asked her to please not take him out and she said in islam they are told to trust in allah so no one uses car seats or insurance because these show you don’t trust in allah.

But whatever you just mentioned is part of orthodox (Āstika) Hinduism, which is indeed very dogmatic and superstitious. However Hinduism is not just limited to polytheism. Hinduism is a polytheistic, pantheistic, panentheistic, and atheistic religion which can also be interpreted in a monotheistic way. And there are many schools of Hinduism which are atheistic in nature, like Cārvaka (which is a materialistic philosophy and therefore very similar to modern Western atheism). You see Hinduism is not a rigid organised ideology that everybody has to adhere to. It is very diverse and flexible philosophy unlike the Abrahamic faiths. It is also very tolerant and accepting, although I prefer the word accepting more than tolerant. In Hinduism, there is no concept of apostasy or blasphemy, it doesn't advocate the killing of homosexuals, apostates and blasphemers. Constructive criticism is welcomed in Hinduism and atheists are treated as equal (since the nāstika schools of Hinduism are atheistic). @@epg96 Sorry brother. I was thinking that Islam was not enforced on Indonesia and Malaysia. Many Muslim Apologists are sugar coating their words by saying that many people in both of these countries have converted to Islam only due to the Muslim missionaries and not by using any kinda force.
One time I visited the mosque in my town because I was going to see my Muslim friend. The community there was very warm and welcoming; they gave me some curry they had just made in the kitchen, they gave me a tour of the mosque and even invited me to join them at a social event that evening. Everyone was friendly and approachable and seemed happy to answer any questions I had but we didn't get into any deep theological debates because I didn't want to offend these people who had just spent the day being so nice to me. I feel like that was the level of introduction this woman had to Islam before she made this video.

For sure, I have a very good friend (like a brother to me), who all of sudden converted to Islam. I later got to know it was their religion as a family but every other sibling of his had left Islam with exception of one. His elder sister for reference is a very devoted Christian so I found that very fascinating. I even discussed it with another Christian friend who assured me he would leave soon, which I also prayed fo. Then one day he told me he had left due to realization of how things are not what they seems to be. Only one of his elder sibling is still a Muslim. Islam is not a religion, simple.
I pity her when she does. All the Muslim orbiters she has gathered will instantly turn against her. She can expect death threats or even rape threats. May she turn away from Islam sooner rather than later, the earlier she does the safer she'll be.

This is so common. I was a convert to Islam, and had very similar "white-western-polished" idea of Islam. I actually thought that I could take parts that I liked (like that all the good you do will be rewarded) and disregard the weird parts (like men are in charge, or gays begone) and still be a Muslim. Unfortunately it just doesn't work like that. She has to wake up one day, and either come to terms that she is part of something terrible, or just detach herself from it. I am so glad I saw the light and left Islam few years ago. I am so looking forward your book. Keep safe.

I used to see a German Muslim guy originally from Morocco, which I thought is a modernized country, and I fell for that “Islam is religion of peace” propaganda. In the beginning he seemed to be open minded when we are with others, he kept telling me Islam teach about peace and tolerance and respect women etc. But when we were alone he literally forced me to read the Quran, took away my Jesus icon as he said this is idol worship and haram. Everything is Haram around him and he is super racists and over sensitive, constantly think people offend him and his religion. He got into hugh rages, accused me of shirk and even threatened to kill me. I always see rage in his eyes like the devil is processing him, and I constantly felt fear. I am glad that I left him for good, but only when I saw this channel and really understand Islam that I fully understood what's going on.

Out of curiosity, I looked in on her channel. She took down the video AP is responding to, but she is still full fledged Islamic. I feel really bad for this girl. I was a "revert" once as well and can understand how certain situations and mindsets can make Islam start to look appealing before one has really gotten into the nitty-gritty of the religion, but I really hope that she finds her way out of it soon, before Islam leads her to make even more regrettable and bad decisions. I know from personal experience that Islam totally destroyed me as a person on so many levels. Like you said in this video, if you really practice it properly, like I tried to do with all of my being, you do not even have time for your own thoughts, because the religion literally controls everything you do and think, from how you walk through a door, to how you shower, to how you go to the bathroom, etc. etc. etc. It's insane and soooo very exhausting.
