it's actually camera motion blur which is most likely to give you headache, tekken 6 console has per object motion blur

Right. Camera blurs the whole image, making it hard for the eyes to find any focus. Per object in Tekken 6 only blurs the fighter's limbs on fast attacks, not dissimilar to how we perceive fast motion in real life. Just try waving your hand back and forth real fast and you'll see.

bro if you add the Tekken 6 HD Textures, Bloom (Default settings) and LCD Persistence 0.3 you will literally get the PS3 Version of Tekken 6 on PPSSPP

the 0.3 intensity blur looks accurate to Tekken 6's motion blur, its only issue is that it isn't a per object motion blur.

If you're referring to 0.3 intensity, it's the amount of motion blur. I don't use shaders.
