Yes, the Japanese is ゼベス and that ス can be transliterated as a "s" or "th".

Pretty sure Oats is wrong about other M power bombs. there's a moment where Samus turns it on and says something like "any objections Adam" or something after he's already dead.

nah, thats Space Jump where she says that line. You get nothing for PB, not even the flash to inventory screen where it activates, like with the other equipment.
