One question, who packed that box. Usually, when a teacher is dismissed in this way, you leave immediately (to remove the "threat" from the students), and someone else packs your room up. If someone else packed it up, then there is no way to prove that she placed the contraband in the box.
I have a dear old friend that had the world by the tail until he met cocaine. He literally went through 3 huge inherited fortunes of several million dollars up his nose. He now lives in a little, nearly deserted desert town in NV instead of his beautiful mountaintop home in CA, and drives an old pickup truck instead of a Mercedes and a Saab.
First off Millions of dollars on Cocaine? Was he keith richards? But more importantly hopefully he had a fun time doing what he did and doesnt need your material needs to be happy. Some people value memories and experiences over houses and cars.
Why is everyone so shocked ? This happens very often. From coke to alcohol. Whether it’s in a hospital or school it happens. Why show her face and name for her to be bullied and harassed??😨
I'd have to disagree with you. If my husband was in charge of children and their safety, let alone special needs children, I would not be covering for him or helping him stay out of trouble. I would fully expect him to hold ne accountable if the tables were turned as well! The amount of people in this comment section acting like this isn't a big deal is mind blowing! People who are under the influence of anything, let alone a hard drug should NEVER be in charge of children and should face all the consequences of their choices!! People have bad reactions all the time to these drugs and become volatile and aggressive. What if a child got hurt in her class or, even worse, she hurt a child because she was under the influence? It's definitely a likely possibility that that could have happened! If your child was in her class would you still feel the same and be taking it as lightly as you appear that you are???

In the big picture it really didn't make much difference.
How do we know one of the other employees didn't put the drugs in the box? There's definitely chain of custody concerns... Why did it take until the next day for the search?
Wait, so she acts erratic and fails a drug test and she admits it but somebody planted the drug that made her fail said drug test? Why would anyone basically defend her? If your child was in her class would you still have the same view???

Women teachers having s*x with teenage boys - this is out of control! All these people need their teaching certificates revoked and charged with felonies.
maybe if teachers were paid more the profession would attract better quality candidates. You get what you pay for, and for much too long our states have been paying the bare minimum. Pay the bare minimum, get the worst professionals out there. Now, I loved and respected all my teachers, and for a long time growing up, I wanted to join the profession until I realized the low value placed on that profession in our society and the low compensation that came with it. There are great teachers out there and most are in the profession to change lives, not for the money - because there isnt any. However, there is a reason there is a teacher shortage, and with staffing shortages, some positions are filled with extremely sub par candidates. If we want to attract quality teachers, attract them by compensating them adequately. Until then, highly skilled professionals will be drawn to other career choices and pushed away from teaching. To all the great teachers out there, you are an amazing professional, and I admire your dedication. If you are in this field, you really do it for your passion.
She made a big mistake by admitting it. There is no way they could have charged her if she had not admitted it. She was caught dead to rights on the drug test and dismissal from employment.
A teacher shouldn’t have to bring their brooms and vacuum cleaners to clean classrooms. She looks like she works out and seems ok mentally. We all have demons.

One question, who packed that box. Usually, when a teacher is dismissed in this way, you leave immediately (to remove the "threat" from the students), and someone else packs your room up. If someone else packed it up, then there is no way to prove that she placed the contraband in the box.
What about fingerprints and other DNA on the baggie, etc.
Why would you admit to anything? Get a lawyer!
Cause the average person doesn’t know how the system works. She did exactly what they wanted her to do. Admit it out of fear so they could charge her.
This is scary to me. My grandson has special needs. To have a teacher teach my grandson on drugs is absolutely horrid 😮
The husband sounds like my husband when I was drinking. I really do hope she gets help. She also needs to quit hiding behind her poor husband.
Those have to be some of the most chill cops ever.
Depends on what the suspect looks like
Was she a teacher ?
She was carrying a vacuum cleaner and sweeping equipment in her hand .
Sometimes you get some extra energy to do chores while high on cocaine lol
She likes to clean while she's high..... It's a thing ..
Teachers on average dedicate a large portion of their salaries on school supplies out of their own pockets.
Why were they talking to the ex husband instead of the suspect directly?
Honestly… I hate… HATE. The social stigma of drugs
me too
I don't understand what u mean?
So you're fine with teachers bringing cocaine to schools?
Drugs Are Bad. M'kay.. 😂😂
Are you ok if she was drunk. Driving under the influence? How did she get there?
I have a dear old friend that had the world by the tail until he met cocaine. He literally went through 3 huge inherited fortunes of several million dollars up his nose. He now lives in a little, nearly deserted desert town in NV instead of his beautiful mountaintop home in CA, and drives an old pickup truck instead of a Mercedes and a Saab.
First off Millions of dollars on Cocaine? Was he keith richards?
But more importantly hopefully he had a fun time doing what he did and doesnt need your material needs to be happy. Some people value memories and experiences over houses and cars.
How do we know this was not planted? Who packed the items in the box? How many people had access to the stuff? Not enough proof for me!
Exactly
She admitted it
And they could test fingerprints on the bag itself. Police are using gloves, so that could be another way to prove it was hers
Well she apparently admits it. This is why lawyer is a must ... she could've got off. She didn't pack that bag lol.
@@raquel548 Yes, and that's the same reason why police always use gloves when plating drugs 🤣
Welllll… chain of evidence. Anyone could have put that in the box. It’s early in the video so if I’m proven wrong, so be it.
She’s taking the vacuum!😂
Mrs Kirby lol
She IS the vaccuum
Ya that kinda sucks

Teachers have to provide their own everything! Even cleaning supplies!
@ OMGosh! I didn’t know that!
Its super weird how she just stands there chewing gum while everyone talks about her
The adderral and really the lack of sleep is what got her busted.
42? Drugs age you significantly.
Can't prove drugs are hers..wth..there would be HER DNA everywhere on that bag and the pipe.
Why is everyone so shocked ? This happens very often. From coke to alcohol. Whether it’s in a hospital or school it happens. Why show her face and name for her to be bullied and harassed??😨
I don't think anyone cares she uses...it's more the keeping drugs in a special education classroom of young children
Why not? She made her decisions. Actions have consequences.
not if you abuse substances, then you shouldnt have to be accountable for anything.
Hubby needs to STF up & stop throwing his wife under the patrol car!
Spill your guts to a therapist, NOT THE COP TRYING TO ARREST YOUR WIFE!
Sometimes they need to face the full weight of their consequences. Many addicts need to hit rock bottom before they get help.
Ex hubby
@@elizabethd8147 I agree with you 100% !!
Lady.. Go get a prescription for Adderall if you need some pep in your step.. (Not that I agree) But cocaine? C'mon.. 😒
She’s on Adderall, she admitted she had a script for it.
Ya only saying cmon cuz they ain’t got a script for it!😂

A lot of teacher, police officer, EMT, firefighters are drug and alcohol offenders. These are stressful jobs. Instead of chastising them we should get them the help they need. This is an epidemic. In fact jobs I’ve had had 30 day rehab programs they didn’t fire you.
Wow. Not arrested huh? 🤔 That’s the definition of privilege.
I'm not one to really get into these kinds of political topics, but this didn't sit right with me. She got to walk free?! Crazy to think people have gotten arrested for less, like weed. I feel so irritated. I get that addiction is hard. I'm a recovering alcoholic. She should have got some cuffs slapped on her! Drugs at school. Smh 😒🤦♀️
@@evelynne23 To be fair it isn't exactly like she got off (yet) she could easily get several years in prison. There was also barely enough residue to test it, even if she was cuffed and taken in and given a bail it would have only been around $100, $500 at most. She would have been out anyway. In the big picture it really didn't make much difference.
And why does it have to be blurred out??? Really ridiculous
Because You Tube thinks we are not adult enough to see it.
Some of those other school officials should be tested as well. this whole story is so odd. That guy sounds like he just did rails
He apparently knows what it’s like if he thought she was doing it.
Rightttt lol@@jacklinks6097
Addiction is rough but that one lady is a b for trying to incriminate her when she picks up her stuff. That was fd up of her.
Teachers (most) are such busy bodies…she cared more about the ‘drama’ of it all then the well-being of the teacher and the students
If I'm not mistaken, the ringtone that was heard on the officer's phone was The Dave Mathews Band...I love it!
How do we know one of the other employees didn't put the drugs in the box? There's definitely chain of custody concerns... Why did it take until the next day for the search?
this was my first thought when I watched this
Why pack the box. Why not let the cops search the classroom. They could have brought a dog in. Definitely chain of custody problems.
Wait, so she acts erratic and fails a drug test and she admits it but somebody planted the drug that made her fail said drug test? Why would anyone basically defend her? If your child was in her class would you still have the same view???
Cocaine. It’s a helluva drug.
Rick James 😂
Ahhhh. Darkness. You’re darker than the night itself. 😂
F your couch
I don't understand why everyone sounds really excited, though at the fact that they may be charging, the teacher kind of undermines the whole justice system
As I'm watching, I appreciate the cop's efforts. Because he literally just summed it up in a nutshell. When he said that he is happy and then continued on here, he understood that that excitement from the staff members around this incident was completely the unprofessional and inappropriate
That sucks . Feel bad for her . Biggest mistake was leaving the stuff in her bag and not on her person . .
No, biggest mistake was bringing cocaine to a school
Yeah I feel bad for her also. Special needs teacher is hard work. A teacher shouldn’t have to bring their own brooms and vacuums to use at work. It also seems that she works out- meaning there is a part of her that wants to be healthy. We all have demons.
@@SeligTiles I can't believe you would actually condone what she did. There are a lot of hard jobs in this world. Substance abuse does not make them any easier, and young vulnerable children were put at risk by this woman!
@ I didn’t condone what she did. Calm down with the theatrics.
@@SeligTiles if she was just addicted than yes, I'd feel bad. But she endangered a whole class of young kids. She made the choice to bring a DRUG to school (her workplace). She deserved more consequences for her action.
What’s the issue?
Technically it cld have been planted in the box of belongings
That’s kind of what they discussed at the beginning, and why they needed her to admit it was hers
Teachers are no different than anyone else. There should be NO tenure.
I smell an SNL skit....
Fr this is quality material
Drugs ages you. Looks older than 43
Well, isn't she "special?" 😳
16:13 immediately ask for a lawyer - ffs people KNOW and IMPLEME your friggin RIGHTS. Idgag innocent or guilty- never allow the cops to get you to incriminate yourself or worse let your srupid husbamd incriminate you
5:29 any Ad no matter what is about always rubs me the wrong way when they are interjected into these crime vids
Well they need to make money and such a first world problem 😂
the people that make these videos need to earn a salary, just like you and I do. nothings free in this world
All the best for the woman. Not worth working for that school trying to set her up. If it was her stuff why didnt they call her to pick it up? Seem sketchy to me
Dang.. doing that booger sugar! 😂
Wine and being drunk at school was many teachers' downfall, but COCAINE??? WOW...and for a special ed teacher??? Dsgraceful!!!
Her ex-husband is helping her get belongings 😮
still hitting it
Cop thinks he knows it all? He doesn't. I wss an addict for 12 yrs. I never had a "kit"? So WRONG!
He was laying it on wasn’t he? Ugh. Hate that kind of thing.
Teachers complain about students today but look what we have teaching! Druggies, drunks, predators - it’s disgraceful people pick this career and do these things, really disgraceful!
The cop is very tricky. He asks her questions and gets her to talk but I don’t think he read her rights.
This is really sad. I don't think it's going to help her to be publicly humiliated but don't bring drugs to school.
Jesse you are the best at transitioning to those annoying ads! ❤
We all need a little extra “help” sometimes 😉😉
Wild! 😅🎉
Drug addicts aren't known for their excellent decision making abilities.
The ex-husband is not doing her any favors. Don’t say anything and get a lawyer. All these videos and people still be yapping.
She made a big mistake by admitting it. There is no way they could have charged her if she had not admitted it. She was caught dead to rights on the drug test and dismissal from employment.
Oh yeah as soon as they leave little mr. goodie two shoes is gonna huff somes lines!
This cop handled it exactly how he needed to.
Chain of custody don’t ever admit something is your if it is or not.
Or if it is 😉
A teacher shouldn’t have to bring their brooms and vacuum cleaners to clean classrooms. She looks like she works out and seems ok mentally. We all have demons.
I mean, let’s be honest here, a geeked out special education teacher is no different than a physical rehabilitation therapist tending to a patient while nursing a broken leg. 🤷🏻 ❄️
Lol interesting way to look at it.
