I am a OBGYN and I feel how different my attitude is compared to internist, then u have the arrogant asshates in surgery, ortho . your appearance does influence social attractiveness and all that he said I completely agree with that and more often such people are more sensitive they become, most of em, over time more sensitive actually ; but it stays a fact that it really doesn't matter and shouldn't . It's completely okay to not care about what others would think of your appearance and would judge u only on the basis of how you look . But yess I completely agree that cz of our human psychology andd that incorporated sensitivity we do feel down or worrying, mostly while being unaware, over that; and deep inside we ourselves do have the wish to look finer and improve ourselves for our own sake to feel more confident and comfortable !!!
but the downside of this insight of who doesn't care about you or just is superficially passing time with u while not actually caring, and realizing it truly doesn't matter to be around such a mob where everyone focuses more on how they can look pompous attractive and that ultimate girl or boy whom everyone should have a crush on or atleast be admired by everyone and knowing this is just like "seems a glitter from a distance and really doesn't have peace thing in it" and getting away from ppl you become lonely; WELL I shouldn't say getting away from superficial ppl is a downside but yeah you r left by yourself yearning to have someone offering you the kinda sincerity, friendship or whatsoever with purity and well that is really rare that's what I've ended up with (edit: the yearning xD not someone XDDD) but definitely choice is yours to keep up trying to keeping at being up to the mark in that unrealistic pompous society or be alone unless u really find someone your very own till idk when or really ever be able to or not xD no guarantees! Both have their downsides xD
